DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANGEL D. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing the phone, HOWEVER AFTER REALIZING THE CHARGING CORD WAS MISSING, SHE TOLD I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE. I guess the service ends whenever you let them know they made a mistake.

Visited this T-Mobile store after trying two others unsuccessfully. This was my 6th attempt to get a free Samsung phone, per a letter I received about the promotion. The first two stores I visited were unable to process the request because they didn't know how to do it for a Sprint customer. I was asked to "come back" on another day multiple times before being directed to this store where they were able to process the order quickly and efficiently.

This store has great competencies of the technological world. They have great skills and are very patient taking time with each customer. These employees are trained very well.

Went to try to figure out my phone bill a while ago and wasn’t understanding how the billing process worked out. Met with a manager/team member at this location. Don’t know her name, but it was a team member/manager with blonde/brown hair. I was upset because I thought my account was being double charged and while she was “attempting” (I put that lightly) to help me figure out my phone bill, which consisted of her giving me attitude and being nasty with me because I had to call the TMobile call center while I was there and wait for a representative, we got into a debate over the way that the bills come out for TMobile because i didn’t understand that we used our services for the month and THEN paid the bill. Instead of her explaining this to me, she got an attitude with me when I got frustrated and confused . I did not like her or her attitude and because of this, have not been back to this location nor will I be returning ??♀️

Mr Ali & his staff are the very best! I felt like I was in the store alone, but I wasn’t. Mr. Ali was attentive, engaging & very passionate about service. I’m very glad I was able to walk in feel safe and respected. I was even offered water. I will recommend all that I know. So many tailored plan to chose from. I felt like I was shopping for Christmas. Social distancing was in place & mask were required. Get to the new T mobile in Oak Park now! Thanks again.
