I don't get gas from here have had to many issues afterwards but I saw something from another postIf they buy a product from a distributor and sell it at the price the distributor sold it to them for they won't make any profitThat's not even a logical thought for someone to express on hereIf businesses sold everything at cost they wouldn't stay open long

I stopped at this station for the very first time this afternoon to play the lottery I gave this extremely rude guy my slips, he put one in the machine then the other one which had only one number. He then walked away from the machine without saying anything…left me standing there?? After a few minutes I spoke and said is anyone going to give me my lottery tickets? He came up behind me yelling they’re in the machine I said it was only one number on the sheet! He went behind the counter threw the bag of candy apparently he went to get on the counter snatched my tickets up and slips shoved them and my change at me. I told him how rude he was. He said smoothest I didn’t hear. I left not to ever in life go back there. Was going to get gas however after that treatment I went elsewhere. Never ever to return.

Horrible business. Terrible customer service. Prejudice. Doing illegal business. Twice I've gone in their and they did not assist me. The last incident I was trying to play the lottery and the boy running it was sitting there. I had to call him to work and because he didn't understand what I was trying to play, he told me to go somewherehe to play. Don't support this business!

Super slow interface, and pump one barely works. You can't even use the broken buttons it makes you press for some questions, but after swiping my card I didn't want to drive away in case someone else came up and managed to use it.

idk if there are new owners or what, but there is always something wrong or not working here. I took my truck to get brake work done and spent over 700$ for a brake line, and my brakes to be done only for them to keep squeaking and stopping hard. he did say he would look at it but needed to keep the car again to "figure out whats wrong" I understand its foreign vehicle but its brake pads, not even drum brakes. Finally had it looked at by another mechanic and the pads need to be done again because they werent put on right. I just did this less than 4 months ago. Idk where the older guy has been thats usually there, but I wouldnt let this people work on my kids toy truck.

The 1 star rating is for this Shell location not providing restroom facilities for its paying customers. If you need to wash your hands or need a bathroom break, this Shell location is not for you. If your kids need to wash their hands or need a bathroom break, this Shell location is not for you. I'm never frequenting this location again. How frustrating it is to feel like an untrusted customer. In short, it's ok to pay for gas; but it's not ok to use the restroom.
