The owner was very hands-on, polite, and professional. He didn't miss a beat with cleaning. From cleaning the walls, baseboards, garbage bins,, removing the eyes from the stove to clean caked up grease. Things that I wouldn't have thought about he made sure to clean, dust, and sanitize. I would be Without remiss if I did not stop and recognize this company that came on an off day! I had a horrible accident in my home where cabinets fell out the wall and glass and plates were broken everywhere. Police were called to the scene but it was Penelope cleaning company that brought clean and normalcy back to my home! I was panicked about the whole ordeal and I was assured things would be great. Even though we are coming out of Covid, this company STILL PRACTICED Covid compliance. Best cleaning service I have used in 10 years. communication and scheduling is effortless. They are very detail oriented and can tackle a tough mess very quickly. I recommend them highly. Their service is so good I’d prefer to pay their small drive fee for homes outside of their service area than use another company. Thank you so much!
