They have recently changed names and employees. The ones that remain have became very unpleasant. One employee tried to force me to put on a mask but when I came in she was at her desk on her phone wiping her nose with a tissue with no mask in sight. Mask are optional not mandatory or required. We have been coming here for 2 years since we moved to Michigan as a family of 6 and have referred numerous patients. We will find somewhere else for our healthcare needs

I just bought a house in the neighborhood across the street from here and went in to fill a new prescription (low dose, generic form of Attention Deficit Disorder Medication) I have been taking for 20 years, with Dr. script and insurance. The person there immediately that said she could not fill my prescription because they would be questioned about it since I had never been there before, even though I immediately explained I just moved to town and I am coming in for the first time. Then she questioned me on why I was not getting my prescription filled on that side of town, which obviously makes zero sense considering it is 30 minutes away. Baffled, I politely asked for my script back and left to get it filled down the street.I guess I am trying to understand how I can start a relationship with my new neighborhood business when they are telling me to go back to where I came from. The lack of this person remotely trying to understand such a simple scenario and putting more effort into NOT wanting to help is why I will never go back here again. It is rude and unwelcoming.

Clean! Exceptionally well organized and well run. Very friendly, knowledgable, courteous and respectful. i came upon this pharmacy by accident and what a lucky accident it was. buh bye to rite aid and cvs, i'm sticking with this small, independently owned and operated neighborhood pharmacy.
