I usually don't give reviews, but I was so satisfied with the overall experience with North End. First, I would like to thank Sarah and Rachelle for great customer service. Second, kudos to the repair workers, the hail storm that occurred on 7/20/23, caused my Jeep Grand Cherokee to look like a golf ball. Now, it looks as if I just bought it from the dealership. The team really put in 100% effort to get my car done earlier than projected to help me save money on car rental. Kudos to Sarah for orchestrating a speedy fix, and getting me car in and out. Would definitely recommend!:)

Every interaction with every employee at Northend from start to finish, front to back was wonderful, positive and high quality. I came here for the first time based off of good ratings through my auto insurance company. I rented a car from the enterprise on 8 mile (which was also 100% awesome) and they facilitated everything for me including a ride, so I never had to worry about anything. I couldn’t be happier in a time when I was expecting a headache. My new door and panel are a beautiful match and working exactly as it should . Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

The staff at Northend Collision was very friendly and helpful. The team regularly updated me about the status of repair work over text messages. They also provided a good discount on my rental car while my car was getting repaired, which was super helpful. The dents on my front door were repaired very well. They also had given my car a good wash after completing the job. I'm glad this place was within my auto insurance network. Highly recommend this place for auto collision repair !Service: Body & Trim
