“Devin is a true asset to the ATT organization!! I recently lost my mother and was looking to switch the phone and internet service out of her name. It was an emotional task to begin with and I had went to two other Att stores that displayed extreme a lack of providing a basic level of assistance. As a final attempt I called the Birmingham location and Devin took my call and told me he would absolutely help me get the account settled. When I arrived he took the time to apologize for how I was treated at the other two locations and assured me that he would be able to assist. The main take away is that he could tell I was distressed trying to complete this business on behalf of my deceased mother and he was amazingly kind to me. As we spoke while this service was being switched over I mentioned how much I loved Earth, Wind and Fire and he steamed a EWF song for me on the stores music system! I wish I could duplicate his level of service and attention to the smallest detail and put him everywhere I conduct business. Thank you again Devin, you are a rare Gem!!”

“TL;DR - COURTNEY WOOTEN stays true to her word and follows through.Longer story - there was a promotion going on for ATT customers that had a cell phone plan and wanted to sign up for ATT Fiber. Courtney was our local representative in Berkley (now at Lathrup Village store) and she helped us through the reward for signing up for Fiber. She helped create a custom package and helped arrange the install. There was a glitch in the corporate system at ATT regarding the credit/bonus money for signing up. We signed up almost 1 YEAR AGO... it's been a while, BUT... Courtney followed through every month or so, giving me updates on what was going on, escalating from one department / manager to the next. Eventually.... IT CAME THROUGH!Ownership of the this ATT dealer... you have a rockstar on your hands with Courtney Wooten!Thank you Courtney!”

The faulty phone was in desperate need of an upgrade. The ladies demonstrated great patience and professionalism as they assisted me in finding the right phone with the right protective products to help prevent future accidents. They also went the extra mile in making sure that I was squared away with the (First Net) system as I am a First Responder x 29 yrs (Detroit Fire Dept). It was an all around refreshing experience and a testament of the right type of role model othet young people should emulate. Thank you for your time.”
