I will never return, I brought my Cartiers in for a new screw and lenses, and the lenses I purchased were scratched, which I didn’t notice til I cleaned the lenses on my ride home which I have messages and picture proof, the new screws proceeded to fall out as well and I lost a spring which upon repairing it at Hutch’s Jewelry they informed me I needed that to fix immediately and that i needed to leave them with them. The clerk was also not attentive at all until I name dropped my boy I got the glasses from. All around poor service would not recommend. Crazy thing is I was recommended and told they’d take good care of me.
