I was having a hard time finding the baking soda in the baking isle, and I found an employee, Sabrena, who told me the baking soda was on the isle I just checked. I went back to check, still couldn't find it, and I asked if she could show me (she was 2 isles away). A male employee and her explained to be rudely that if I couldn't find it, then the store is out of baking soda or they don't carry it. A vendor overheard our conversation and showed me where the baking soda was. I understand the Kroger employees are busy, but please don't be rude and blatantly lie because you do not feel like assisting a customer. Instead if you're too busy to help, just say that, and I can find someone else.

Nice new store laid out good. Usually well-stocked check out is an absolute nightmare. Went on a Sunday evening, all of the checkout lines were at least 12 to 15 people deep. And the self checkouts they only had one person covering eight in the section I was in. Elderly people could not get the help they needed was checking out, and the machines are oversensitive After waiting 30 minutes in line to get to the front, the machine immediately locked up and after waiting 10 minutes. I just abandon my cart. Could not waste anymore time at KrogerThe need to do some thing about the check out. I find it amazing that Aldi can have 40 people in line and have it cleared out super fast. But Kroger has over half of the checkouts closed. And their staff walking around like their clueless.I mean for the self checkouts where we have to ring up and bag our stuff and do our own coupons there should at least be a discount for us since we're working harder than your employees.

Do not go to this Kroger to purchase items through their app and then think you will pick them up in less than an hour. It took almost an hour of me waiting in the parking spot after I called multiple times to let them know I was there. Had a horrible experience that wasted an hour of my day and made me late for work. I had also placed my order for an 8am pick up and was told the soonest they could do was 11am so you will not get your order at 8am ever. I will not be back to this Kroger for pick up at all. Then I called to complain to Kroger app and they did not care about my time wasted but wanted to waste more of my time going through everything that I didn't receive or substitutes that I was charged for that were smaller than what I ordered which was a turkey. And they said I was supposed to receive a receipt and I didn't receive one. Which made it difficult to go through things with no receipt. But again don't waste your time because Kroger doesn't care. You'll just waste more of your life. So no refund and waste your life. And they told me to call back later when I knew what I didn't receive and had more time to waste more of my life with them. So good luck figuring everything out. They do not care.

No one's fault the lines are long, just a shame not many are willing to work even just doing grocery store work--it's called a JOB!As for the empty shelves, coolers and freezers and other selling areas, stock is increasingly hard to keep up, again, there is gainful and honest employment there tooThis store gets a bad rap on its own failures when, really, the solution is to apply TO, not FOR (and for as in some government services to live off of)So ditto for the lot full of carts, and unfortunately a number of go-back's, many perishable and rotting never getting put away, the store needs to be better run, and it can be, not by hiring good help but being NICE to the help that's there they will want to stay... -- Dave

This Kroger is a bottom feeder. Terrible place. For example, I am here on a Sunday at 5pm. The checkout lines are so long they snake up entire aisles of food and spill into the one behind it. At the same time, an entire self- checkout is blocked off unused.Kroger management does not care. Avoid this store at all costs any day of the week.

It's not the best by any means and sometimes it is a very good idea not to enter the store due to lack of staffing and long lines, even in self-checkout.For the past few months I've only done pick-up and been most happy about the situation. The supervisor I just met and others are always very polite and but for 1 time out of about 12, it took a little longer than expected.Overall, I'm really happy with this location for how I use it - PICKUP ONLY. If I want to go inside a store I'll go to the Aldi's next door.

After trying for two days to return my empty bottles August 17, 18 2021 with a sign on the outside bottle rewritten for stating "or of order". I went inside to talk to a manager DaVante and he told me he couldn't do anything for me that they're waiting for bins. I know the state law doesn't state anything about bins. He still refused to give me money for my bottles, and to come back. This is my closest store and I BOUGHT all the product there. I certainly do not want to lug the bags back in my house. He told me if I had a problem call the 800 phone number. Waiting for 20 minutes to corporate I was told a supervisor would get back to me

The are always extremely long lines. Bare shelves. No baggers. The store could use a good cleaning. On the bright side the young man in the fish dept is helpful. This is a larger Kroger. They should pay staff more and give incentives then maybe the will have enough employees. They are definitely raking in the money.
