Impressive basements is the absolute best team I have worked with regarding projects on my home. I think this team is top-notch from the sales team (Alex is responsive, kind, and comes out to your house to do quote) to the build team (can’t say enough positive things about them; they worked so hard to create such a beautiful product!), and working with Dave the project manager who patiently answers all of my questions and helps me to make my vision come to life. Our family truly loves our new basement and it gave us a new useful area of our home. Impressive basements took care of me from my initial call all the way through project delivery and beyond (we loved working with them so much we are doing another project with them). They are absolutely great!

I want to thank Impressive Tile for an excellent job on replacing my carpet with vinyl planking in my upstairs bedrooms and office. Steven and Phil were awesome. The quality of their work was truly “impressive!” They worked with me and took special care to make sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. They were creative in how they did my stairs. They actually had to rebuild part of my stairs because they were done incorrectly when the house was built. I am so very happy with their work and will use them again when I redo my main level. From the first time I met Alex in the showroom I knew this was going to be a good fit. Our basement looks so great! Tony was awesome about taking care to get the ceiling done properly and at the maximum height possible. Steve and Pat put down the skim coat of cement last week, all but obliterating the crazy cracks. They returned today with Phil and I can't think of a team we have had here that worked so well together and did such a great job in finishing the floor. We absolutely love it!!!!!
