I drove an hour to shop for an Easter dress for my daughter. I was greeted with passive aggressive attitude. I asked for help but was waved off. Finally when my husband requested to see our daughter’s size in a dress that was hanging on the wall the response was “it’s $110”. Now I did not ask for the price, I asked for a certain size to see if it would work for my daughter. The sales associate proceeds to say “usually when I tell people the price they no longer want it. That immediately turned us off from shopping and we left. If anything please improve how you treat your customers, you judged us and that’s what cost you a sale. Do better!

The children’s clothes are awesome! Especially the quality and price. A couple of the associates are professional. But the rest of the staff are ghetto, slow and ratchet. I loathe going to check out. Associates are too busy having side conversations, inappropriate conversations at that. It’s an average of 15-20 minutes to ring each customer up and the line is always long because they only have one side open.

Went to get school uniforms for my child and they had everything that i needed. And the employee on the childrens side was soo very nice and helpful. The store is always clean and organized.

The clothes are beautiful. Although this store services children, they do not allow them to use the bathroom. Both times I went, my son had to use it and was denied. The dressing rooms are closed but you can try clothes on over your clothes in front everyone. This is inconvenient. Especially since their return policy is only 15 days.

I had to at least give a star to post! Left out in tears, angry, hurt and embarrassed. I am legally total and permanent disabled due to service in a war era. REALLY? It's devastating and hard enough to accept that I am a disabled war VETERAN, after defending my country. Devastated after being denied access to shop b/c of medical service aide needed 24/7 to do tasks and for safety. Their solution..I was shewed away like I was a disease. They used no discretion either! RECOMMENDATION: IF you have ANY disabilities and have to have special aides with you to assist you at all times, this is NOT the store...unless you have no problem with YOUR CIVIL RIGHTS LAW VIOLATED!

do not i repeat do not shop here. they are scamming the black community. this lady has been scamming for years, how do you not often no refunds but your sales associates tell me it is. you need to write that extra big on the door. refused to give me my money back!!!! do not shop here they also sell fake louis vuitton and chanel. i will be reporting you all to the police. one star is being generous

I've always loved this place for children clothing. Suits for young men, beautiful dresses for young ladies and babies. Wide variety of school uniforms, except the more intricate/ specific striped patterns. They also carry the socks, ties and other accessories, to include hair bows. Also had some shoes. Very unique outfits. A little pricey. Leytons is inside as well.
