Why is my ? delivered to my cantankerous neighbor home behind his fence. WHY haven't anyone at the house return the package to it's rightful owner ? after being delivered Tuesday morning it's now Thurs morning what the hell Fed Ex?

I had a package shipped out via FedEx and the carrier stole my package.. Took it to an apartment that’s wasn’t even remotely close to my home! Furthermore, I stay in a house, so no apartment # was used or included on shipment box! Customer service reps are the worse! They clearly can see the address pictured and my actually address is no where near alike! No real compassion or sympathy, they try to give a textbook answer and ask “is there anything else I can help w/“ but they didn’t help in the first place!I’m disappointed and highly inconvenienced one of your carriers stole my iPhone 15! I don’t care to hear mistakes happens, NOT this huge! My address starts w/36 YET the package pictured at 202 address!I honestly feel like FedEx is JOKE! Anybody who I order from, I swear if they ship via FedEx I’ll be sure to cancel the shipment bc not only do the carrier not care, neither does the customer service agents! Now I’m out of a phone and have to take time off work to go get a new phone that shouldn’t been in my hands 9/21

Employees at this location do not want to assist customers, they pick and choose who to assist, they ignore customers as they notice you waiting for assistance and will stand at the customer service desk talking to each other. 2 and 3 at a time purposely ignoring customers. I always say, it is the employees who will make or break any business, employers need to hold employees accountable.

Unable to execute the primary service they offer, delivery. Package has sat in delayed limbo for days after missing the scheduled delivery date. Support line had me on hold for about a half hour so I could speak to a Rep that had no clue why the delay had occurred, and no idea when it might be completed.

I wanted to give them no stars. My package over 100 pounds is sitting in front of my house. Since you didn't deliver it properly, now you all have to return it. I gave you all a chance to right the wrong.

Delivery man Richard E with Barbosa inc is an amazing delivery man who cares about the people he delivers too. He always shows up with a great attitude and is a good guy to talk to. It’s pleasant to know that with him I’m in good hands.

Not sure her name I think Morgan or something else that starts with an M. She was great and so optimistic I had no choice but to look on the bright side and stop being annoyed at the Office Depot with a FedEx ship site I had just left and I was in an Uber. She was patient had great attitude and good at taking care of multiple customers.
