I had a package shipped out via FedEx and the carrier stole my package.. Took it to an apartment that’s wasn’t even remotely close to my home! Furthermore, I stay in a house, so no apartment # was used or included on shipment box! Customer service reps are the worse! They clearly can see the address pictured and my actually address is no where near alike! No real compassion or sympathy, they try to give a textbook answer and ask “is there anything else I can help w/“ but they didn’t help in the first place!I’m disappointed and highly inconvenienced one of your carriers stole my iPhone 15! I don’t care to hear mistakes happens, NOT this huge! My address starts w/36 YET the package pictured at 202 address!I honestly feel like FedEx is JOKE! Anybody who I order from, I swear if they ship via FedEx I’ll be sure to cancel the shipment bc not only do the carrier not care, neither does the customer service agents! Now I’m out of a phone and have to take time off work to go get a new phone that shouldn’t been in my hands 9/21

Have always felt respected when I entered till recently, I walked in stood in line for about a minute, I turned when the door opened and a young man walked in, straight to the other counter the lady was on her way to assist myself, she stopped and helped him and left me hanging- a good 7-8 minutes later another young man walked in she assisted him and I am still standing there-without being helped? this is right next to the counter that has scales, where I have been getting in line for the past 4 years, I was the only white person standing there,Prejudice at its finest from my point of view-I am married to a black man and we have 5 children- I see it all the time in Oak Park- when my husband is with me, we are assisted- if I'm out alone I am ignored till it's absolutely impossible to by pass me-

The absolute worst location! They hold your packages hostage for days. This location should be SHUT DOWN! Then when you call to complain about your packages being at the facility forever, they tell you how sorry they are for the inconvenience. Screw that, rectify the incompetence of your employees!

The worst fedex hands down… every single time my packages get to this location they be delayed for at least a week, literally every single one of my packages some of them get lost, some others got sent back after seating at the location for weeks, it’s so frustrating I wish they just Shutdown this location and stop wasting other people’s time…

I wish I could give a zero. This facility is awful. I absolutely hate that my packages travel through here now. When I lived in a different city in the area packages didn’t travel through Oak Park and I never had delayed issues. It seems every time a large package goes through their facility it’s delayed, weather exception, address corrected, etc. nothing ever gets delivered on time. Can they please CLOSE THIS FACILITY DOWN!!! the worst ever!!!

They said they delivered it. Never got out of the FedEx truck. Our camera shows the FedEx truck pull up but no one got out and my package was not delivered. Thats why I like ups better or even the usps does better then FedEx. And there is no picture of it on my porch. Karma bites.

Took him four days just to put my package on the truck to bring it to me when it was sitting 10 miles down the road and would not allow me to pick up real disappointed in the service

Lost out on $800 in photoshoots (main source of income) waiting for my equipment. Been given the runaround and sent on while goose chases to the warehouse, went to the office and was given the number to make a claim, the number was the wrong number to an auto shop a few miles away. When I finally found the correct number, i was told i couldn’t make a claim due to the ridiculously inconvenient status of my order. Each time i call to speak to a manager/supervisor, I’m put on hold until 8pm which is when Fedex business hours end and I am hung up on.

My package has sat there waiting since last week Wednesday. Only thing they keep doing is scanning it daily pushing out the delivery date. I got on the phone with Customer Service, to see if I can just go to the location and get it myself but that is not an option. The package is like 10 minutes away from my house and has been for nearly a week! At this point they are just holding my items hostage.Edit: I'd like to also add for comparison I ordered a similar item TWO days ago from a retailer, was shipped through UPS and just got an update it will be here today. UPS around here is two day shipping, Fed EX just shrugs it's shoulders and says be patient.

I wish I could give negative stars to be honest. They do not deliver the package for our business because they say due to delivery restriction and say we were closed. There are people here working, we are getting UPS, USPS, Fed ex express and overnight shipping so obviously someone is not doing their job.They even today, dropped off a letter stating they cannot deliver the package, they posted the letter (dated today) on the door, that was OPEN!Called customer service, which by the way is one number, with no extension so you have to go through a good 30 minute process each phone call. Today the first person sent me to take a survey instead of transferring me. The second gentleman I spoke with joked about "how they could be doing it on purpose" he then transferred me to dead air and got disconnected. Now every time I call i get dead air and cannot speak with anyone other than the computer that keeps telling me they cannot deliver because we are closed, and we are clearly open.To let you know, this deliver is a sanitizing agent to clean our business to make it safe for your customers and employees. Congratulations Fed Ex. Great customer service you have.Attached is the paper and card they left today, to a wide open door with people working there when they dropped this off.

I'm not getting my packages from FedEx on time. They emailed me that my packages were on the truck at 5am and would be delivered by the end of the day. Two days later I finally received my packages. I am trying to be understanding but my patience has reached it's limit.

If I could leave a 0/5 star review, that would be more accurate. My package was scanned in 5 days ago as reaching the Oak Park Fedex. After many calls with the company they inform me the truck has not even been opened since it arrived. Do they even have employees working here?! I still don’t have my package that was scheduled for 4 days ago.

I understand that they are swamped with the increase in package orders due to COVID-19; but they really should prioritize their packages. I ordered a subscription delivery box with $75 worth of food in it, and I got it 6 days after it was suppose to be delivered. The food had all spoiled and the box was leaking from the ice packet being punctured. As soon as I got the box I had to throw it in the trash. I cancelled the subscription service right after knowing it wasn’t their fault Fed EX Oak Park was an organizational disaster.
