The gentlemen I encountered working here were attentive and thorough. The vacuums here also have a fragrance thingy that you can spray your interior with. I recommend using it sparingly so you don't choke from the strong (albeit good) smell on the ride back! Lesson learned...

Can’t say enough good stuff about this place! The service was next level. From first entering the wash, where a staff member walked me through all of the options (I recommend the Gold Wash), to the sweet man at the end of the wash who gave my car a thorough wipe to make sure there were no smudges. Even the manager came and made sure I had everything I needed while I was vacuuming out my car, post wash. What a great find!

I have two vehicles. I washed my other vehicle at a different location yesterday(3out of 10) I washed my wife’s at this gem of a location, and I was floored at the quality of the wash. The machines were gentle on the vehicles. The hand dry and tire shine were great. If you have time go here. The staff will take care of you.

The Luxury Auto SPA is my spot for getting my car tune up. When I say tune up, I'm talking about shinning, spotless, and fresh, both exterior and interior. The SPA offers unique selections of air freshners. I have tried black ice, you cannot go wrong with that, cotton candy, orange slice, linen, just to name a few, and I have not been disappointed.The staffs listen well and are very welcoming and accommodating to the point where I arrived right at closing, and Derrick took care of me. Outstanding gentleman and a soldier. BRAVO ???. I get compliments every time the family, especially the kids, ride in the car. If the wash is not perfect, I just have to point it out to the SPA staffs and it is corrected immediately. Even if that means a re-wash. I mean right on the spot! Much appreciation to the owner, Derrick, and certainly the entire "dry" crew. You guys ROCK!. Keep up the good work team ? ?. I will be seeing you all soon.

Absolutely horrible experience at this location. The main attendant who is actually the owner of the establishment was terrible and very racist to say the least. He kept screaming he was the owner when I told him they scratched up my Cadillac…. Horrible experience!!!! The older gentleman was very rude and was screaming at me in front of my kids in a different language very condescending manner! . They scratched up my car and my wheels because they never guide you on the track right because It’s ran by a senior citizen with a poor attitude!!! THE PICTURE INCLUDED IS THE VERY RUDE GUY!!!!
