I cannot stress enough that you should avoid this location for any advanced order. 2 times now they have failed to have our order ready. This time we ordered online and paid for a customized $28.00 PolarPizza to pick up Thursday at 10:00am. I showed up at quarter to 11 and gave them my name and order number and their response was that they "...didn't have that order..." and that was it. When I pressed them and showed the screen shot of the order, order number, date/ time and location they again said they "...never received it..." and again, just sort of stood there and looked at me. After some back and forth and talking amongst themselves, I again asked someone what the situation was and they came back and said they now had the order and would make it while I waited. I was almost positive it would be a problem, but I was pressed for time, and it was for a birthday later that day so I waited. After a few minutes someone approached me and asked if they could see the order on my phone again so they would know what to make so, clearly, they still did not have that order or did anything to retrieve it. After a couple more minutes he walked back over and handed me the item and walked away. I was very disappointed that not ONE of the people working even offered any kind of apology. Technical issues aside, you have a customer standing there with confirmation of a PAID order with a clear pick-up time and location. There is no doubt you failed that customer. Why not offer a simple apology? To round it out, as soon as I got home i stuck it in the freezer, and when my wife got home that night to take a look at it, as expected it had melted because they poured hot fudge on top of the ice cream. As you can see from the picture it was a total mess and, on a side note, I later found out that it had leaked and got ice cream and fudge on my floor mat. Needless to say, my wife drove back to the location, returned it and asked for a refund which came with an offer to exchange for some other completely different kind they had in the freezer pre-made. She declined, asked for a refund again and then... finally got an apology. It was only after she got back home that we remembered a couple years ago this same store didn’t have the order when we arrived to pick up an ice cream pie we had ordered for our sons birthday party. We were wiser then, I guess because we asked for the refund immediately that time. In summary, this location is not well connected to the larger network or does not obtain orders properly but either way is completely uninterested in valuing their customer. I’d suggest you use a different location if you want Baskin Robbins products.

If I could give them a zero, it would be a zero I ordered two scoops strawberry sundae The first one the guy made was a single scoop, with just whipped cream and nuts. The second one he made. Was just whipped cream, and nuts had to go knock on the window because it was late night he walked away, so then I had to walk around to the drive-through while a customer was waiting on their order The guy working did not want to put the strawberry topping on it. He’s trying to tell me I gave you the two scoops that’s because the first one he only gave me one scoop. Never again terrible customer service!!!!

This location is by far the worse one.just get ice cream and it it had freezer burn all over it.this place is really went downhill in the last 6 months.

Horrible chocolate shake...I told the guide to make the shake thick...I received a cup of chocolate milk. Terrible response to my nearly $10 order request.

High price and the service is not good. We just received and ordered a shake, the employee who is working now, is not greeting the customer even like hi and bye. He was such a rude person I never seen in any of the stores.

My wife’s and I experience here was a good one. We stopped here late at night after a concert in Sterling Heights. The sole employee working was friendly and patient with our ordering. One of our donuts tasted stale but everything else including the ice cream was great.

Dreadful experience, guy didn't know the menu and was very impatient. Tried to order a banana royal Sunday. Assuming the guy assumed we said 2 scoop Sunday, wouldn't listen and kept repeating banana Royale Sunday. Dude conned us into paying for toppings that should have been included in said Sunday. Many flavors were out. Got ice cream and it was already melty and soft. No bananas, what a sad experience, ruined my night. thanks

This is an awesome place. The ice cream is great and there are cool seats and patio areas to eat your sweet treats. I would recommend this location for families and anyone who loves great shakes, ice creams and any sweet options.

I actually like this place service is always fast and good but today I prepared myself for a packed pink of sherbet for 7.99 and they were out but insisted I pay for "fresh hand-packed" which would be 10.99 instead of 7.99 . Respectfully the manager was doing his job but it is 2022 where a dollar means a lot today. I don't understand how I have to pay because you are of a product as I explained to him if I could get another one from the options u had I would but I was not able to and j only had a gift card via rewards that I was spending. I really expect him to compensate for their mishap especially since I wanted the other one that THEY were out of besides it's the same Ice cream in different containers

Once we got our food, it was the best breakfast in the world! Well maybe not since it was fast food. Delicious if anything else! Would not wish for any employee to be alone. She made that sh*t with love, and you could taste it! Overall, would recommend!
