I called ASAP when my garage door was stuck and not closing, and was quite disturbed by it. I expected that I was going to have to have someone come out and that it would cost me dearly. The first thing said to me was, "I'm going to make your day!" I was shocked, though very pleased to hear that! As the conversation continued, the man from ASAP (Shelton Heights) told me step by step what to do, suggested that I also look at a YouTube video and that it would save me from having a need for someone to come out. I did exactly what he had said and my door closed without trouble. How wonderful it is to know that kind and honorable people yet remain in this world! Thank you ASAP!

Wonderful service! Called them Saturday morning because I couldn’t get out of my garage, broken spring….by Saturday afternoon my door was in better working condition then it was before the break. On time, good pricing, great service!!! What more can you ask???

Great experience with ASAP! Got a great price on a replacement garage door. The installer team showed up on time, were very pleasant to work with, had all the parts and equipment ready to go, and had the entire door replacement completed in three hours. I couldn't ask for a better experience and would recommend without hesitation.

Had to get the tension spring repaired on my garage door. Scheduled the service on a Friday, and Bill was able to stop by my house the following monday for the repair. took no more than 15 minutes to fix! while he was at it, he fixed the janky garage door button i had, and even mounted it on the wall for me. Its been a few months now and the garage door is still working flawlessly. thank you ASAP!
