The extremely warm welcome upon arriving at Aquatic Solutions was very nice and somewhat uncommon in medical offices. The care I received from Arwa was excellent — thoughtful explanations, great physical therapy and clear communication about next steps. And it’s right in the neighborhood in beautiful Oak Park!

The staff was warm and welcoming. The therapist were knowledgeable, encouraging and efficient! I can't find anything that wasn't top notch. The changing area, the exam room, everything was cleaned and disenfected immediately following use. This was a wonderful experience and I will advise anyone needing physical therapy to look here first!

From the point of entry, to the Evaluation, and straight to therapy. Outstanding service. The therapist are engaging, and funny which breaks the ice. All of the therapists know there craft, with their own style. Daniel speaks to me on my level. He teaches me so much about my conditions. He has a caring technique that makes me comfortable enough to go an xtra pace, with safety. I’ve been here for two conditions. I’ve been great since and better.Soon I’ll be back for a third therapy session and I’m sure to be on my feet literally. Aquatic Solutions is my first and only choice in Oak Park. I’m so very thankful.Thank you team.

Literally a great place to have therapy. Especially if you have underlined medical conditions like myself. So clean an safe during this pandemic. Also I Greatly Appreciate, the care that’s given to your specific needs while doing expertises, they don’t work you too hard, but also give you the right amount of “push” to keep going”. All the therapist are very friendly an so is the receptionist an cater to the needs of your therapy..It is such a blessing, to have found no place like home?

I would like to give a shout out to Usma and her entire therapy team Arva Eric, Shaniqua and Kenny front office Shanita and Riley at Aquatic Solutions Physical Therapy 25591 Coolidge Hwy, Oak Park, Mi 48237. My water and land therapy time there has been nothing but Awesome. A special shout out to Daniel, he is young but very knowledgeable of his craft. i recommend anyone that is need of a physical therapist to have consultation with them. God Bless you all!

I have been going to the Oak Park location and my experience has been great. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was that I received a Patient Bill of Rights on the first day with my paperwork. This lets you know what you can expect in your treatment and interaction with staff at the facility. I have never received this at any doctor's office and I think it speaks highly of the kind of place this is. All of the staff treat each patient with kindness, attentiveness and high quality service. Arwa and Daniel are great therapists, and beyond that they are great people. They are very good about staying informed of each patient's progress and creating a plan that meets their individual needs so that the patient can heal and build back their strength. They also get to know you as a person, which makes you feel welcome and comfortable during appointments. These folks really care, and it shows. I highly recommend Aquatic Solutions because their staff and service are top notch.

AWESOME! This physical therapy facility and people are AWESOME! I have gone from barely walking at all to walking with help from my cane (sometimes). These very professional, wonderful, encouraging, pushy people really get you motivated to want to get up and go or at least try to. I'm a fan of this place and what these good people can do. I THANK them from the bottom of my heart for their help!

I have been in physical therapy off and on for over 25 years. I have been to a half dozen or more other PT locations and the relief I have experienced from my treatments with Daniel has far exceeded any other PT!!! For the first time, I am feeling pain relief and am being educated about what works for MY body. I am also pleased that my WHOLE body physical health is being addressed, not just one small area. Water therapy and the land therapy combo offered have been transformative to my daily living. Thank you Daniel and all of the staff at Aquatic Solutions for giving me my life back!

I started with Aquatic Solutions about 2 months ago and I feel a world of relief with ny knee pain. The staff is very friendly and respectful, and they took special care about all my issues. They have a clean and fun environment. My knee pain is nearly gone and I am feeling so much better thanks to their efforts.

My experience here so far has been nothing but amazing, everyone here is very friendly. The facility is clean, the staff actually cares & spends the full amount of time with you, doesn’t just tell you what to do then walk away. The front desk is super nice & always accommodating.

This location is wonderful! I recently completed some observation hours, for physical therapy school, here and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff members (Arwa, Daniel, and Maria) were very welcoming and answered all questions that I had. If I needed physical therapy, I would highly consider being a patient here. With there being a pandemic, the staff are constantly cleaning to ensure that all patients are safe. If you want care that is quality, then this is the place for you!

From the start of my treatment until the end the staff was AMAZING! They make you feel comfortable and and they make sure that your okay every step of the way. They kept it professional and started every session on time and ended in a timely manner as well. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here for any physical therapy needs, you won’t regret it.
