Purchased a Mazda CX-5 yesterday, my first time working with Priced Right Auto and I am happy with my experience. I feel I got a good deal on a good car but of course only time will tell??. I found this place from an online listing. I worked with Shay for almost a month, looking at one car but then choosing another. She was easy to communicate with by text to set up/change appointments. I got a little tour of the whole facility to see all the services they do. I liked the laid-back/no pressure vibe of the sales office. I feel the only thing that made this a less than five-star perfect experience was the amount of time the purchase process took. I test drove the car on a Friday and intended to purchase that day But I did not have the necessary documents with me which is my fault but also could have been informed on what I needed to bring...that appt was about an hour and a half. Then I came back the next day and ended up waiting about 3 hours for the credit union to approve my financing. That is no fault of priced right, in fact they were diligent about keeping in touch with the credit union during that time to make sure things were rolling along. Once it finally came through they finished me up quick and I was out the door with my new car. As long as I don't have any problems with this car in the future I will be a happy customer. (My last car that was purchased somewhere else ended up being a major PIA and I just need relief from car troubles for a while)

Josh was such a pleasure to work with and made the process very simple and painless! He answered all of the questions I had and re-assured that he would help take care of everything for me such as paperwork and registering the car! I didn’t even have to go to the DMV to register the car, they got my plate the same day and everything! I will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle as well as recommending this business to anyone and everyone!!
