Under new management and doing a great job! My '64 Thunderbird is currently under repair and getting some upgrades. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. Communication is first rate and they have kept me up-to-date with the progress and have encouraged me to stop in and see for myself. Highly recommended!

I was there for a Mustang car show and meet. A good number of cars were there with friendly talkative owners.

Zero stars is my rating for Wrenchers. Do not be fooled by its website. Wrenchers may be under new Management but its operations are managed worse, not better. Wrenchers had my numbers-matching 1969 GTO Convertible for over a year to diagnose and repair low engine vacuum and a leaking A/C Compressor although the A/C was blowing cold. My car left Wrenchers in worse condition than when it was delivered May 3, 2022. Work did not begin until August. Frank the Manager stated that the A/C Compressor, original to my GTO with Frigidaire label, needed to be replaced or rebuilt. Wrenchers sent it to a rebuilder of its choice in September. Frank stated that the rebuild would take six weeks. After many inquiries and personal visits I continued to be told that the rebuilder still had my Compressor. Frank called me April 13, 2023—almost a year after my GTO was delivered to Wrenchers—to tell me that Fedex lost my original A/C Compressor in a hurricane. The Compressor was indeed lost by Fedex but in September shortly after it was sent out by Wrenchers. The rebuild shop located in Florida never received the Compressor and Wrenchers never checked the tracking number to confirm that it was ever delivered. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Frank and Patrick the owner. Frank noted that my GTO had been at Wrenchers for a year without payment although I never received an invoice. Frank insinuated that Wrenchers could sue me for storage costs. I responded that Wrenchers’ inaction and lack of follow-up was their issue not mine. Wrenchers also relocated its operations twice within a year. Wrenchers did provide a used but inoperable Compressor from a 1968 GTO. Wrenchers replaced a PCV Grommet for the low vacuum problem which did very little if anything. Wrenchers did not perform a smoke test or a compression check. I had a conference call with Wrenchers staff May 23 the day I finally received an invoice from Wrenchers. Frank and the Office staff were combative and argumentative like the situation was my fault and told me to come and get my GTO. The invoice provided was for $521.08 but was then zeroed out ($0) and had the text “Please remove the vehicle by June 2nd, 2023 or it will be reported to the police as abandoned.” Nice. When I picked up my GTO the A/C belt was not provided and when I asked Frank for the belt he became very angry. The A/C Compressor was also not fully attached. Do not waste your time with Wrenchers and its incompetence.

I had my Bronco in for a simple correction to a bad trans install and next thing I know, I paid 40 man hours for a metal box for the shifter, ruining my floor. They also did other items not requested and billed generous hours to each. In the end, the trans fix was not complete and it all cost 3x the original trans install. Drove it home to finish myself after they wanted more money to fix other things.

My 74 Nova got hit and Wrenchers did a great job repairing the damage and blending the paint perfectly and made it look like it was never damaged. I recommend them if you need good quality work on your vehicle.

Real car enthusiast need to stay away from wrenchers. These guys are piggybacking off the previous owners success. New owners are crooks because they lie about pricing & hours worked. The vibe in wrenchers is no longer the same. Stay away from this shop. Unless you like unprofessional, incompetent mechanics.
