“I'll start off by saying I'm probably a little too old to shop here, but I needed a fun shirt for an outdoor wedding in a size small. A harder task than you would think. I tried the usual suspects, kohl's, Macy's, target,old navy, etc. Walked in here on a whim. A nice young guy (wish I remembered his name) helped me out immediately and found what I needed within a minute or 2.”
“I meant to write this review sooner, my apologies. I went to the Novi location on Monday, January 29th. This location is near my work so after a long work day, bra shopping was at the bottom of my list but I needed to get it done.There were two ladies working, they were both so helpful especially Micheale. I needed a bra for a wedding I'm standing up in and to update my other bras. She helped me find the perfect one for my dress and helped me find some others in the size I needed. I really appreciate the time she spent on helping me and I will go out of my way to go to that location when I need additional clothing items. Thank you, Micheale.”
“Great store with really unique products!!! They have super cool licensed apparel and products that are super popular like Totoro, Disney, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, and Anime shows. They have lots of things like clothes, backpacks, mugs, notebooks, and stuffed animals. I love their selection of Loungefly bags and Disney stuff They also have fun little treats and snacks to try, Id recommend giving some of them a try!”
“There are a lot of Japanese subculture goods...but they are very expensive, so it can be difficult to go there with kids.It's fun to watch because you can learn what anime and manga are popular in North America. Junji Ito T-shirt...”

“Was trying to exchange gifts I had received; however, they did not have my size. Robert in the shoe department was extremely helpful. He even tried checking other stores and online for me, to no avail. I did not have "gift" receipts for the shoes and 2 pairs of jeans I needed to exchange. I ended up getting Kohl's gift cards that had no expiration. They were on sale, which caused a few dollars less on the cards. Robert was so helpful and kind. Even told me to come back on Wednesday; it's Senior's Day lol for me.”

-1 star bc land's end failed to deliver one of my items from online order. the store can't do anything about it, had to call customer service, leading to a 15m phone call mostly on hold.
overall generally pleasant experience, 5 star would've been not needing to waste my time to begin with.”

“This store is absolutely fantastic! They have kind and helpful staff on top of their lovely clothes. I am a big fan of this store and shopping on the Maurice's website. They always have a great selection of clothes to choose from in a variety of styles and sizes. This is a youthful store with the mature woman in mind. Also nice is the wide selection of sizes up to 4x. This store has it all.”

“Major shout out to the ladies at Kate Spade 12 Oaks mall!As a guy buying bags for my wife I am clueless. The staff here is fun, engaging and down to earth. Compared to other Kate Spade locations (Briarwood/Somerset) which are downright snobby and have a museum feel to them.Went in with intent to buy one bag, we left with two and a matching wallet. That’s the result of good retail service.”
“I had the BEST experience at this store. I was desperately searching for a place that sold a decent strapless bra for women with a larger bust. So hard to find something that fits! But this Soma store was the answer. Marianna and Megan were the absolute best. I placed an order in the morning and then called in (I was in really in a tight spot time-wise) and they made sure that they pulled my stuff in time for me to pick it up on my lunch break and then helped me make sure everything fit properly once I arrived. They were helpful and kind - it was the best bra buying experience I've had in years. I don't usually write reviews on Google, but I was so pleased by my experience there I had to share. If you are looking for a good place to buy a bra or pjs in person, a place with actual inclusive sizing and colors, this is the place!”

In less than 10 minutes,Sarah, my new stylist, set me up with multiple. interchanging outfits. I was looking for Gar Animals.. 2022 for adults. I have a lot of skills. Dressing myself isn't one of them! And guess what? I'm not a size 16, b***** I'm a medium. JJill is where it is at, and if you are lucky enough to find a person like Sarah, who took the tim to cuff my sleeves and make me feel like a million bucks. You are blessed!”

“A bit of Texas here at the Novi Town Center. We are this store chain while in Texas, but ended up checking it out in MI. Rows and rows of Cowboy and Cowgirl boots and Cowboy hats and Cowboy apparel. Big buckled belts caught my husband's eyes. There's no shortage of Cowboy gear here at all.”
