These associates are so unfriendly!I had gone there a couple months ago, needing work clothes, and they kept piling up suggestions of items in my fitting room without even asking what kind of work I do. (I’m an attorney, I’m not wearing a leather jacket to court.)I got a couple tops for Christmas and I went in there with gift receipts wanting to return them. (They didn’t fit, at all!) The associate didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked into the store, didn’t greet me when I got to the register, and when I said I wanted to make a return please, her response was “you’ll only get merchandise credit.” And then she told me to sign the receipt. It was about the most unfriendly encounter I’ve ever had in a retail store and made me feel very uncomfortable. (I was planning to shop around once I got my merchandise credit and knew how much I had to spend, but I’ll take my merchandise credit and shop at a different location or online!)

I left this store today very frustrated and disappointed. I tried to process a return of a blouse that was rejected, and the reason given by the Store Manager was that the bar code tag was not attached to the blouse, even though the tag was there in the bag and clearly the blouse was never used (check photos). I ordered the item online, while I was trying on the tag might have felt off, or possibly came already de-attached due to transport, but those circumstances absolutely didn’t matter, the Store Manager immediately rejected my return. I felt like my honesty was questioned on that moment and that is unacceptable.I rarely publish complains in the internet but in this case people should know that if you order something online from WHBM and the tag gets misplaced from the clothe this store will reject your return regardless of how unfair that it.I’ve been a customer for about 3 years and constantly buy their clothes online and sometimes they don’t fit, I was always able to return or exchange them by the right size in this store by other employees in the past. Today after this unpleasant experience I decided I’m no longer a customer of WHBM from today on, I’m not upset about the U$60 non refund, it’s about the lack of common sense and how I was mistreated today.

I love this store.But I have one problem with this store,There is a order women with light brown hair and wears glasses, that needs to be alittle kinder to her patrons, or at least greet them when they walk in.I was there on Sunday, she was nice that day..But I do enjoy shopping at the store.

I love WHBM clothing, only issue is purchasing online. Sizes are all over the place, resulting in returns and exchanges. 12 Oaks WHBM is inconvenienced by this process, making online shopping even worse. Laurel Park WHBM is an Absolute Joy. Unfortunately you can not do all your shopping in store because they are not able to carry the extensive inventory. Be kinder 12 Oaks!

Stopped in today with returns. Sales associate was very bothered by this. Super rude and made me feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Sorry, it was raining and I'm on vacation so I didn't dress up to please you. It's Novi, not Rodeo Drive LOL

Very nice store. Met Emily. A very nice salesperson who helped me select flattering dresses. She fit me accurately and had me try on heels to complete the look (loved this!). I will be back for future occasions!!!

One of the employees, Zee, is so skilled at her job. I was in desperate need of a suit and she found me one in under 30 minutes. She is amazing at what she does and truly a pleasure to be styled by.

Love the store and the quality of the clothes!! HATE the staff. I have been to this store 3 times, and NONE of the staff was helpful. They act if no one is there. The manager thinks he is better than you. It seems like they look down at you. They do not greet you when you enter the store or offer to help. Every time I had to go search for someone to help me. Do not get me wrong, last time was a MONDAY night, there were 3 people at the store, but instead of helping they were chit-chatting. One thing I want to emphasize is the way the manager thinks is better than you. I believe he thought I could not afford his store, because I was on scrubs (I am a doctor) and not probably dressed to his standards. Again LOVE this brand but hate NOVI store/ staff. Message to the owner Please find better STAFF! Thank you

I've had nothing but good experiences at this store. They are the only brand of jeans I buy. Every time I have come my sales associate has been very friendly and helpful. I tried to buy jeans on line today and couldn't get my style or size so I called the store and Lorina (spelling wrong) looked up all the stores in the area to see if they had the jeans (did not) then was able to order them for me and have them sent to my home.
