6 employees stand at self checkout area and no one who open the staff checkout Booth, at least 15 customers in front of me and people behind me too . What a mess

The customer service at this location is horrible. You expect some sort of dysfunction (I mean its Walmart), but the Customer Service here is TERRIBLE.

I shopped the Walmart Novi location had quite a few items to get I really like the one stop shopping I went to check out and hardly any lanes where open so I did self scan.. After checking out I went to leave the store I was stopped half way out and asked to see my receipt I grabbed it immediately the young guy grabbed my pop from under my cart I was alarmed and said right away OMG!!! I forgot to ring that up you would think from that point on it would of been okay pay for it and leave but nooooooo he proceeded to start going through my items and accusing me of not scanning them took me back in the store and continued to humiliate me I told him I work retail myself and despise thieves I said I would of never bagged my items if they weren't scanned after several minutes and my point proven the only thing I missed was my 6.00 pack of pop which I would of realized when I got to my vehicle and would of went back to pay for it the Authority or whatever job title he has been given to him has clearly gone to his head putting me through this was unacceptable he stated to me he watched me check out okay then you clearly seen me scanning all my items and he had my very long receipt for proof I called their corporate office and made a complaint the guy from corporate said I should be getting a call back within a few days. I will avoid shopping this location again
