Pharmacists Rachel and Amber are friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Staff is also great to deal with and very professional and responsive. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I waited 90 minutes during a pre-holiday blizzard and unruly customers nearly rioted while these 3 young ladies stayed at least an hour after closing and took care of every single customer calmly and professionally.

I 'be been here waiting for over one hour. When I first arrived, tell a lady my name. She checked in system and says it's not ready. So I seat there and wait. After one hour, another lady told me they didn't received any instructions from the doctor. Then the First Lady told me it's not covered by insurance. Now asking me wait for another 10-15 minutes. Felling like different information received and not sure which one is correct

The full-time, regular, pharmacy staff at the Novi location have gone above and beyond to make certain my son gets the monthly medication he needs. Over a year’s time my son has had several medication changes and each pharmacist has explained and gone over the medication with my teenager. I highly recommend the Novi pharmacy and staff because of their dedication to caring for the patient.

Not happy with this pharmacy at all. When I went to pick up my meds, I was told I already picked it up?? Then it turns out, my insurance didn’t cover it. Then it turns out they need to call my insurance to get the group number and the prescription was missing information from the doctor. Four days later I called and they said it was put on hold. Like WTH! The tech I spoke to said she will go ahead and fill it. 4 hours later I still have not gotten a call or text to let me know my meds were ready. So I called the pharmacy and to find out they say they couldn’t fill it because supposedly a diff pharmacy already ran the script through my insurance. The staff is incompetent and nothing seems to be done right. It’s been over a week now since my doctor has sent this script in. I’m beyond frustrated.

I am not a fan of this pharmacy I feel that their communication is poor and they are not at all thorough. I am pregnant and have patiently been waiting for them to order something that they were suppose to order several days ago, when I spoke to them the FIRST time. I have dealt with Walmart pharmacy for several years but never this location. I feel that my health is being disregarded, and I shouldn’t have to constantly call for them to do their job. This is my second negative encounter with them I think it’s time to find a new pharmacy.

They did give me a receipt that I wanted to leave a review on but I lost it when I got back home. They pharmacists were very kind, patient, and helped guide me through the whole process! They even went beyond and helped me to find coupons and discounts to help me out. Great experience, and will go again!

Rachel, the pharmacist, is the best! Great support staff, too. Competent, helpful and friendly. Prescriptions always processed in a timely manner. I really appreciate the immunization reminders too!

I’m on some monitored medication known as accutane. After getting the prescription sent from my doctors office, you have 7 days to pick it up. I went on the 7th day and the pharmacy said they didn’t have it in stock. I asked if I could at least purchase it and then pick it up when it did come in stock because I’d be locked out. The pharmacist was determined to prove that I was wrong. Called my doctor back and they said just go back tomorrow and say I told you so when the system won’t let me buy it. But this was the most frustrating part. She wouldn’t let me purchase my other medications… later another pharmacy technician came up with the medication that was supposedly out of stock… never going back there again.

OK pharmacy except for one thing. If you have a narcotics prescription due to a surgery they may not fill the amount prescribed by your surgeon, due to recent litigation.

Very helpful team works here. They go out of the way to make sure your questions are answered. They are usually busy and hence there could be a wait but it's all worth. I have been ordering all my pharmacy orders to this location for almost 5 years now. They always have the right medication in stock. Never have I ever expected a delay in my order. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for good pharmacist in the area. I don't think I'm going anywhere for as long as I live in this area. Kudos to you guys!

SUMMARYOften slow, but they're always reasonably priced and usually friendly.DETAILSSome inconsistencies. Mostly good people, but the processes and computer systems seem to be fighting them every step of the way, which can make them a bit cranky sometimes.They're also chronically understaffed, which makes things even slower, and can cause some problems for staff and customers.Occasionally phones don't get answered, which is particularly disappointing when calling from the parking lot for curbside pickup.So why the four stars? Because they've always been slow but good, at least for me.
