*WORSE PHARMACY AND PERSONAL EVER*
This is about the pharmacy and not the store itself. The pharmacy failed miserably to refill my requested medication which is for epilepsy and therefor very critical. I requested as usual through the app and it was there. At the time of supposed pick up it was gone and they said they don't have it and started it again. They said I should have gotten a text message which I didn't but again they should get their things right. I should not have to chase them down. When I asked how I survive the weekend without medication they just said "Sorry we can't help you". Very disappointing. No support or any help. On Saturday I realized I didn't got a text message as they said a day before so I called and a different lady said now I need a prior authorization. She also said they faxed it to the doctor 3 times. When asking her why they didn't call me, she said well we didn't know it didn't come through. That is sooo wrong. If you fax 3 times you clearly didn't get a response and it is their responsibility to contact the patient. She didnt say anything to beside "I apologize" - do they even know for what? Or did this become a standard phrase!? I did ask her too what I can do being out of medication but again no help. They apologized a 100 times but didn't provide help, guidance or anything. They messed it up now 2 times within 2 days. And that's not the first time. So it took them another few days to get the medication because they couldn't place the order before getting the authorization what didn't happen till Monday.
I was a client for 8 years here and I saw it declined more and more over the years. Constant change of staff and employees. Less trained and knowledgeable just a hand full.
The only great person I know of there is Wati. If it wasn't her I would have left long ago. She is awesome.
Now I switched since it has impact on my health and I can't tolerate that.
I do not recommend them at all.

Worst experience. Rude doesn't describe manager "Beth". Waiting for my pictures at picture counter. Long wait, but we all understand everyone is under staffed. Got my pictures now off to cash register, waited my turn walked up to "Beth" and she walked away. I asked her, are you leaving? She said yes, I said really? Her response yep sorry. Then she came back, literally yelled at me and said next time tell somebody you are here for pictures. I said are you yelling at me and blaming me for no one helping me she said YES. I said are you serious, he response was you don't have to get your pictures! I said i want a manager, she said I am the manager, then i said then I want your manager. Nope. Just her. As she walked away I asked her name, all I got was "Beth".
Do better walgreens. Cvs is across street from where I live but I always liked Walgreens. If "Beth" is how you treat people I will order my pictures on Amazon and you can close your doors like another well known drug store.

I’ve had the absolute worst experience with this location’s pharmacy. I’m not sure what’s up with Walgreens pharmacy technician however I’ve encountered horrible customer service from them. To say the very least if you can go to another location, you should!

This is the worse pharmacy ever, they put you hold on before you can say what it is you want and hang up on you before completing your statement. The pharmacist and technicians are so rude it is unbelievable. SMH, no professionalism and no courtesy whatsoever. If this was in the city, they'll says it's cos it's in the city but this Walgreen is worse than any other I've been to in Michigan

I had my chicken pox and mmr vaccine second dose today.the pharmacist hawra is excellent..I hardly had any pain when she injected my vaccine and I heard that these chicken pox and MMR vaccine ll hurt like a hell n it was true when I had my first dose with another pharmacist in west Bloomfield.thank u hawra

This chain is nothing special, and this pharmacy specifically is just awful. The WHOLE pharmacy goes on lunch and stops serving customers. Zero customer service, do not waste your time and money. Go 5 minutes to Novi Pharmacy

I stopped by today to pick up a few items. And came across some of the greatest individuals. From the person at the register, to the person stocking the goods, to the person doing the mark downs! Everyone had beyond exceptional, excellent customer service. Answering any questions, showing where to find items. Small conversation. Just an overall great job experience. Please do not let days go by without recognizing such amazing people at this location!!!

This company is the personification of ineffectiveness and will never receive a penny of my business again. Website says you can transfer new RX. Given the option to do so as a guest. Completed current pharmacy, Rx info, Walgreens store location and health card info, and personal info. Received an e-mail confirming when Rx would be completed.Called selected location after confirmed Rx availability. They had zero clue or record of the transaction. Completed a profile over the phone, provided Rx info AGAIN, and then was asked for Rx BIN (something not requested in original order). Order could not be completed without it, though it only required a simple phone call from them to BCBS. The whole time the woman was talking to me, she was having side conversations with others about unrelated matters.Called customer service, was transferred to Walgreens Rx commerce, then back to customer service. At no point did any of them acknowledge the disconnect or offer to resolve by obtaining Rx BIN as a provider can do. This disorganized, inaccurate, way of conducting business and lack of customer orientation is why Walgreens is a convenience store at best. Do not trust if you are in urgent need of prescription fulfillment.

Waste of time. Went in for a shot and was told medicare coverage was not valid. Checked with medicare and coverage was current. Won't be going here again.

Do not call because they never pick up and their automated system sucks. I sat on hold for 48 minutes. I’ll never do that again.
