We've been coming here for almost thirty years now, and the doctors and staff are second to none. They care about the animals and pet parents, and they treat all like family. They also make reasonable suggestions for your pet's care and diagnosis, rather than try to sell you a bunch of tests your pet doesn't need, and if you have an urgent issue, they do their very best to accommodate you as soon as possible. Wonderful all around.

I love Dr. Jones and her staff, especially Sam, Lindsey, & Terri. They have been taking care of my fur-babies for almost 14.5 years. We are always treated with kindness and are always willing to fit us in when we have an unplanned injury or illness. I always know my pets are in good hands with this team! ?

We love VetSelect for our cat and dog! This is the only Vet where they care about cats and our cat isn’t too stressed out. The office is very clean and the staff is extremely responsive and does an excellent job at follow-ups. We recently got a puppy and the entire staff has taken such good care of him! Highly highly recommend!!

We have taken several of our pets to Vetselect, Novi for more than a decade. Their staff has always treated our pets with great care and love. Dr. Jones is especially sweet and knowledgeable. She's always willing to answer my questions while staying focused on our pet's health. I would highly recommend them as a good fit for veterinary care!

We appreciate Dr Jones and staff very much!! And our cats have been well treated and diagnosed over 24+ years. Many generations of our fur babies have had excellent care.

The front desk is friendly and helpful; doctors are attentive, listen to concerns, and address them with the pet. They are busy but have taken care of my pet in a timely manner. The office, including the consultation room, is clean and organized.

Everyone is courteous and they explain what is needed without making you feel pressured in getting what's best for your pet. Willing to help and make necessary visits as early as possible.

I have been taking my cats to Vet select for a while now and I have always been happy with them! They went above and beyond last week. We had to put our beloved cat down last week and they were so supportive and even sent my family a card for our loss. It was so touching and kind! I can’t thank them enough for the support during this hard time.
