I came in because I had broken my screen, I didn't catch the guys name who helped me, but he was very helpful and went out of his way to help me submit a warranty claim and didn't try to sell me on anything!

Absolutely top-quality service! I went in early morning and the store was clean and quiet. Alex Berry, the store staff greeted me warmly, sit down with me, and explained the phones and the plans in detail very patiently, and helped me transfer all the data to the new phone seamlessly. No hassle, not extra sales pitch, no hidden fees.I cannot say enough thank-you to Alex for such a wonderful shopping experience. I do not think I have ever had such a great experience in any cell phone stores. I highly recommend this Verizon store!

Are you kidding? Went in to see sizes of S23 lineup. They don't have any on display because the "clips broke. I had to smash them with a hammer." okay, cool story...so can i see the phones? "Nope"...cool, thanks for the absolutely zero help or offer to help with anything at all.

When I tried to edit my account online, I got caught in an endless loop. I was losing time, and money. In the Verizon store, Matt took charge of the problem. He completely resolved the trouble in a friendly and courteous manner. Thank you, Matt.

Warning - This location does not in good faith properly represent what they are selling. Told we had accumulated enough Verizon credits to upgrade one of our phones to a Galaxy S22. The other phone could also be upgraded to a S22 for $100 with a trade in. Sounded like a good deal. Monthly billing from Verizon however has us paying installment payments over 36 months for both phones. Also, services like Verizon Mobile Protect and LTE Home Cloud were added without our consent. The LTE Gateway which we tried and found to be much slower than our current internet access, which was returned a day later, was also on our monthly bills. Returning to Russell Cellular to get this corrected, we were directed to contact Verizon. Working with Verizon all was reimbursed to us except the cost of two S22 phones which are $800 each. Today we continue to pay the monthly installments. Trying to work with Russell Cellular on the monthly phone payments, who has gone through three managers in 9 months, we do not get any returned calls and are unable to speak with the current manager.

Read this entire review, they lied and the receipts prove it. They have right on the receipt a $700 dollar credit but Verizon says they are wrong, only a $350 dollar credit, pay me back the difference for lying. Do not use this third party Verizon retail location. They will charge you a $35 set up fee when you upgrade your phone then Verizon will charge you a $35 upgrade fee. Then when Russell Cellular lies to you about device cost after you left and you go back and question them they say sorry we can't help you! Your employee flat out lied, he put down on the paperwork receipt we would get a $700 dollar credit but Verizon says he was wrong, you only get a $350 dollar credit. Your apology is nothing but white noise, your company should be repaying me the additional $350 dollars per the paperwork receipt you provided me. Step up and do the right thing, enough with your online apologies, they mean nothing!

If i could give it 0 stars I would. The store manager did nothing but lie to my face. My bill went up like crazy, I talked with the Verizon executive office and they basically told me that they lied to me and there's nothing I can do about it. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST

Need better service. Over expensive for no reason. The lady working the front didn't know her "log in" but was the only one working the service desk. then had an attitude the whole time for looking 16 years old, they need better workers if u don't wanna work file for unemployment.

Yikes! Went back to buy a new phone because of stellar service the first time. Nobody came out even with the door chime. Opened/closed the door again to chime. Waited. A kid came out, looked, turned around, went back. Waited some more. Same kid came out and bruskly asked what I wanted. I left. I'll give you back some stars if you tell me when I can have an adult help me.
