Had great customer service here from the whole team. The manager Matt was especially helpful. I had an issue with another Verizon store that would not give me the time of day, but Matt went out of his way to help me. Thanks again for the great customer service!

At first I thought it was a good experience until I realized the phone I traded in for a new phone was never actually traded in and I was being charged $860. I went to the store and they tried to tell me we didn’t give them the phone, which we knew we had given it to them. I asked for the submission ID for my trade in and they claimed they didn’t know what a submission ID was. They said they would have to talk to their manager and view the video footage. I received a text stating that the video footage was not clear, but they would give us $650 towards the new phone despite the fact it should have cost us nothing. Thank goodness we had our original receipt for our trade in and could give Verizon’s customer service the IMEI number that confirmed it should have been an even trade and gave us the rest of the money. I recommend you go to the Verizon store on Novi road instead of this Russell cellular retailer.

Came into the store recently and had a couple of troubleshooting issues with my phone. Doug and Matt were very very knowledgeable and got me out in a very timely fashion. These two dynamos know exactly what they are doing you need to come and see them for all your wireless and Internet needs. They will save you ALOT of money and give you the 5 star treatment every time you walk thru the door! Keep it up guys! ?

I have never had a better experience in a cell phone store. The amount of cell phone and Verizon company knowledge is amazing. I cant tell you the amount of times I have been in to a cell phone store and the people inside know less about the phone than me. Highly recommend.

One person working the store who was at a total loss and kept phoning the manger for help with another customer. I spent 30 min waiting. "The Verizon computer system was very slow, it kept going in and out". He couldn't help me either, I had spent too much time there already. Time to upgrade the staff Matt.

Had the best experience at this Verizon location. Matt was amazing and Doug who was a trainee helped me get my incredible internet and cheaper than what I was paying. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service. Thank you both for the thoughtfulness and the crazy fun banter that made me feel right at home!! You guys ROCK!!!!
