I dealt with Jacob the store manager. Customer service had told me to go in store to finish a transaction. This man tried to lie to my face and say I wasn’t able to “do it that way” even though customer service had just told me I could. He was literally just lying to try and sell me another phone line. I’m switching to T-Mobile

1 star because I can't rate as ZERO. A real pathetic customer service from the moment I entered the store. I had to reach for the staff who were casually having a nice chat, then after I interrupted them, the person "helping" was typing the info on his iPad as he was doing me a favor... terrible experience, which led me to AT&T further down the road where I had the complete opposite treatment. I urge the store management to invest a little bit in Customer Service training. Maybe pay a visit to the AT&T store pretending to be a customer ?

I’m an indirect agent at 3495 East West maple road for Victra Verizon and we had a situation arise where our customer who’s been nothing but loyal to Verizon for well over 5+ years get disrespected and outright poorly treated and put through the ringer from this location. We had to unfortunately send her here due to a last name change and a failed Asurion / Insurance claim, where the only alternative was to go here to try and have them resolve it. They refused to even open up her account. They refused to help her. They refused to even look at the remarks that we had left on the account in hopes that they’d have an OUNCE of decency and morality and help her get the last name on the account updated just so she could get her replacement phone from Asurion. Disgusting behavior and a horrible representation on what customer service and what Verizon stands for.

This is a Verizon corporate store. They offer more services as a result. Service was quick and the issue was taken care of quickly. I would go back to this location.

Extremely rude and dismissive employees. Tried for half an hour to add an account manager to my account, and when asking for help was repeatedly told incorrect information.I was trying to upgrade my phone, and when I told the employee that I’m eligible for a free upgrade , she passive aggressively suggested that I’m probably not (like what?) and was told I need to be added as an authorizer on the account. Before I could ask her for help or assistance, she just walked away. I then walked back over to her and asked her for help on how to do that (while she’s sitting on her phone), and she said it was on the app under settings (then goes back to looking at her phone). I’m standing there on the phone with my account manager waiting for them to add me, and I am just standing there for 30 minutes or longer. They were having trouble trying to add me as an authorizer, and I went to go find the employee again, but then she walked away from me when I was approaching her. I even heard the employees talking amongst each other about easy it is to add an account manager and laughing. Throughout the 30 minutes of waiting, the employee who was helping me, and other employees just sat or stood by the counters on their phone.I’ve literally never written a review in my life, but this interaction was extremely unprofessional. I will be transferring my family to another provider.

Shelby was amazing. She helped me through SO many problems that I had. I keep going back to see her for help and questions and she is always right there to help!

Mark and the store manager really helped me in a pinch tonight. They were so patient and stayed late to help me get everything settled and taken care of so I wouldn’t have to take time out of my busy work schedule during the week. Really appreciate you guys! 5 star service!

I can to the store and they said it's close but it's was 730 they don't close 8 and the manager is rude to me and can't help me out just in hurry to close early just can't help customers I felt they don't care about customers

Shout out to Kollin, who handled an angry customer (me) with kindness and humor. I don’t suggest working with the online Verizon chat folks to make a phone purchase. That was a circus show. Go in a talk to Kollin. He pays attention to detail, works through issues and keeps a smile on his face.

Horrible experience in Verizon Novi shop. The representative is keeping lying to us. Even after we return back and show the solid evidence to them that she is lying, they still didn't accept it, we just need an apologize for that, but they didn't want to admit it, even call police. After I reviewed all the comments for this shop. I understand why it has so much negative feedback due to the service is really terrible.
