The lady that helped us was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend going to this store than any other none corporate store

This is a CORPORATE Verizon store. They are fast, efficient, and always answer all my questions.

I went into the store to replace my phone. That's all I wanted. When I look at my bill online, they added $30/ month add-ons (Mobile Protection and Hotspot). I did not ask for these add-ons. I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with Verizon to get them removed. Very underhanded in my opinion. I will deal with Verizon directly from now on and would never recommend this store.

Not normally one to write negative reviews. I normally just brush it off and move on with my day, but this store needs some work. I walked in and was not even greeted by the guy standing by the check-in kiosk. He just stood there staring at me, not a “hello” or “how can I help you today?” He seemed to have an attitude during the entire interaction. Like I was a bother or was wasting his time. The rest of the employees seemed to just stand around in the corner conversing with each other while people waited to be helped. I would expect this type of experience at an authorized dealer location, not a company location. I’d go elsewhere, not a pleasant experience considering the money we spend for the service.

The level of unprofessionalism I experienced at this location today is truly unbelievable. I hadn't actually been into a retail location in a long time, but since Verizon seems to have AI (poorly) handling their customer service now I went in. For context, I upgraded Iphones earlier this month and turned in the old devices to this store. A week later I got a message that the one of devices wasn't received. Went back to the store where they were able to look it up and see that it was actually checked into the warehouse 20 minutes ago. A week later I got a text about the other device, but thought I would give it a little more time since the last one was checked in shortly after I received the text. Today I get 4 different calls that I am about to be charged for the missing device. I go back. This time I'm told "Everyone is getting those texts" "Lots of people just upgraded their phones" implying that I should know Verizon is overwhelmed with the annual Iphone launch that's been happening every year, for how many years now, because surely they don't have a system in place to precisely track to location of every single serial numbered device (they do) and finally she tells me "It's not a concern unless you get charged" and basically to ignore the attempt to collect a debt calls I am receiving. Didn't ask for my account info, didn't look anything up, literally didn't do a thing. Spoke to me like I was an inconvenient waste of time & very condescendingly brushed me off after I drove all the way up there to get actual answers. Now, obviously I knew there was something that could've been done... based on my previous visit, but she clearly had no intentions of actually doing anything. So I left & went to another location where I got what I needed, because it's absolutely not acceptable for me to just sit and wait for a company to leverage thousands of dollars of debt against me that I would in turn have to fight tooth and nail to get rid of, especially if I'm met with another employee that conducts themselves the way she does. I guess customer service only matters if there's a commission involved.
EDIT 11/07 I just got a $1000 phone bill

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this location. A year ago when handling upgrades and trade-ins for my family one employee was exceptionally rude and judgmental. I vowed to never return.
This year I upgraded my phone but did this online. It gave me the option to pick this store or another to drop off my trade-in. Since it’s near my work I chose this one. It had been a year and was hoping they’d improved their customer service. The worker who greeted me was nice but not helpful. He said the IMEI on my phone was different than the one in the system. So he said I had to call customer service and offered no other help.
So I call costumer service and the woman on the phone was very helpful. She said she didn’t know what that guy was talking about, said he was probably tripping because the numbers are the same. 🤣 😂
So she mailed me a label because she didn’t want me to go through this again at another store or have to go back.
This store hasn’t changed. A giant waste of time going to the store, waiting on hold for 30 mins, and having to package and mail the phone myself. Do yourself a favor and do everything virtually. You don’t need this store. It needs to close.

After issues at another store and several customer service calls, the team st this verizon resolved my issue and I left with a new device with a 45 minute time frame! They were kind and understood my frustrations coming in and determined to help resolve other's past mistakes. Great example of service recovery!

Yes, you're greeted at the door, but of the 5 employees, only 2 actually working-- the rest standing around having a chat and listening to music (too loudly I might add). Very dismissive of customers which makes it an intimidating environment to walk into. Customer service needs to improve.

If there could be 0 stars, that is what we would give. My boss went to the Novi store today with a problem with his phone--nobody there showed any interest whatsoever in helping him!
