Yes, you're greeted at the door, but of the 5 employees, only 2 actually working-- the rest standing around having a chat and listening to music (too loudly I might add). Very dismissive of customers which makes it an intimidating environment to walk into. Customer service needs to improve.

If there could be 0 stars, that is what we would give. My boss went to the Novi store today with a problem with his phone--nobody there showed any interest whatsoever in helping him!

I went to this Verizon store a few months ago, and the person I talked to was dismissive, and said that he couldn’t help me without even trying. I did not catch his name. The person that was in charge of my phone plan passed away, and I wanted to move plans but still get the trade in credit from my old phone that I traded in a month prior. The employee then told me that I I had to talk to customer service, and that there was nothing he could do about it. I had already talked to customer service, and a different Verizon store and they told me to go to a corporate store. After I went to this store and got no help, I went to the Verizon store in Northville, and they gave me my trade in credit no problem. The employees are clearly lazy and don’t want to work. Would not recommend going here as they won’t even try to help you. The fact that this is a corporate store is just crazy to me.

Store staff is friendly. Great phones at great prices. Verizon has the best cell service - hands down. Never dropped a call. Internet is fast. Great coverage at sporting events!

Jasmine was the best store agent i have ever worked with. I walked into the store with a complicated problem. She was very welcoming, patiently listed to me, shared my frustration and immediately jumped on to solving my problem. Store closed at 8 PM but she worked late, managed to stay until almost 9 and made sure i went back home happy with my problem resolved. She also went out of the box within her power and pressed the appropriate buttons that are needed to fix the issue. She has good network within detroit and collaborated cross functionally with agents from other stores as well to resolve the provlem. Even the colleagues around her were very supportive. I strongly recommend this store and this staff.

Incredibly nice staff. Answered all my questions regarding my older Samsung. No hard sell to replace it. I would definitely return when I need a new phone.

I dealt with Jacob the store manager. Customer service had told me to go in store to finish a transaction. This man tried to lie to my face and say I wasn’t able to “do it that way” even though customer service had just told me I could. He was literally just lying to try and sell me another phone line. I’m switching to T-Mobile

1 star because I can't rate as ZERO. A real pathetic customer service from the moment I entered the store. I had to reach for the staff who were casually having a nice chat, then after I interrupted them, the person "helping" was typing the info on his iPad as he was doing me a favor... terrible experience, which led me to AT&T further down the road where I had the complete opposite treatment. I urge the store management to invest a little bit in Customer Service training. Maybe pay a visit to the AT&T store pretending to be a customer ?

I’m an indirect agent at 3495 East West maple road for Victra Verizon and we had a situation arise where our customer who’s been nothing but loyal to Verizon for well over 5+ years get disrespected and outright poorly treated and put through the ringer from this location. We had to unfortunately send her here due to a last name change and a failed Asurion / Insurance claim, where the only alternative was to go here to try and have them resolve it. They refused to even open up her account. They refused to help her. They refused to even look at the remarks that we had left on the account in hopes that they’d have an OUNCE of decency and morality and help her get the last name on the account updated just so she could get her replacement phone from Asurion. Disgusting behavior and a horrible representation on what customer service and what Verizon stands for.

This is a Verizon corporate store. They offer more services as a result. Service was quick and the issue was taken care of quickly. I would go back to this location.
