Our experience has been marked by a consistent lack of professionalism, from the salesperson's questionable morals and fast-talking approach to the sales manager's rudeness over the phone. A recent incident this year has highlighted these issues. Unfortunately, higher management has ignored my voicemail messages, neglecting to address my concerns and leaving them unresolved. Attached is proof that is was certainly this dealership. My wife included the information last week but was ignored. Larry and Brian are very familiar with what has transpired. So we would love to meet you or even a call from you.

This dealership failed to impress in every aspect, with my salesman Larry proving to be untruthful and Brian, the sales manager, exhibiting arrogance and incivility. I am grateful my lease has ended and would not consider transacting business with this dealership again due to their clear lack of principles and values. What is it that you need my lease was just turned in. I Lincon Varsity Novi. I’ve left a message on your voicemail and the General Manager voicemail when Brian became very rude on 6/29. My Buick was left on your lot for 17 days and unaccounted for. When Porter said he would handle my lease end. And Brian said it would have been towed but yet he couldn’t confirm when he had it towed for abandonment.

The sales team at varsity Lincoln was great. They were not pushy and very knowledgeable about their product. They were willing to work with us and provided extra care for the items we had concerns with. Recommend.

Our experience at Varsity went above and beyond expectation. The entire staff - phone, sales, finance, management - were all polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. My wife and I felt like a top priority to everyone we dealt with. The customer experience was exceptional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Jere the General Manager and Sam in the pre owned department went above and beyond what i expected with my new preowned Corsair. I am hoping this will be my long term car now on. I love my 2021 corsair and best of all it has buttons. I am giving my son my 2024 Escape to drive because I like buttons. Thank you Jere and Sam. I highly recommend varsity Lincoln!

97% of a sale is one selling themselves. Varsity Lincoln has done that with me. Karen is the most accommodating sales person you would want to meet at a dealership. I'm a person that does not like pressure sales, I felt totally comfortable dealing with Karen. She is a true professional. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Varsity Lincoln.

Had to schedule twice due to poor communications. Dropped off Tuesday. Finally got a call about the costs on Friday. Advisor was not a good communicator. No follow up after service to check on the the repairs.
Worked with Lincoln Conceirage who was very helpful and then was called by Mr Stephans who told me they would not service my vehicle and he told me to go somewhere else. I find it hard to believe that this service department at Varsity Lincoln has so much business that they will tell customers to go somewhere else.

After purchasing my vehicle from another dealer and having it serviced there for several years, I became frustrated with the service and recently went to Varsity Lincoln. Service Manager Marc C. promptly contacted me, scheduled my vehicle for service, and coordinated a loaner vehicle. The team provided text updates and fixed the issue within 24 hours. Everyone was pleasant and actually appreciated my business. In addition, they all spoke positively about their coworkers and Varsity Lincoln. While not as geographically convenient as my original dealer, Varsity Lincoln was an exponentially better experience and thus, I will be going there as long as I have my Lincoln. Thank you
