My experience with the at home service was excellent. Your service rep Tyler.Krapf was excellent very professional on time and did a wonderful job. I have high praise for him. if there was any more stars, I would give it to him the work he did on my vehicle was excellent. I am very satisfied with the results and his professionalism.

We didn't end up getting a Lincoln, but I can't recommend Rich enough! We came in pretty late on a Saturday and they were about to close. Rich was one of the best salesman that we've ever dealt with. I mean, we spent a lot of time shopping around before deciding to even get a car and Rich was the best salesman that I've dealt with by far. He also gave us the best price out of all the places we met with. While I ended up going with another vehicle, I will 100% be back to Rich when my new lease is up and I decide to get a Lincoln!

Our salesperson, Barry Harnos, retired :( but we got the BEST service from him and Varsity in general. I'm sure the next salesperson will also be wonderful. I tried a different Lincoln dealer (Hines) at the same time to see who could get me what I wanted at the best price and Varsity kicked their butts!

It has been a journey. After the 4th time being in the shop in 4 months, the team at Varsity Lincoln took care of what Ford would not. This team is the best in the business. Mario Seman has now been there for 5 car purchases although this last one was not expected. Jere Law is the guy that stepped up and did the right thing. Pat Stevens has been there on the service side through the whole ordeal. I am happy to be driving something more reliable. This team is fantastic and Ford/Lincoln should thank them for saving a long term customer from walking away. #grateful #varsitylincoln

Rachel helped me in the service department. She was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, kind and took fantastic care of us. She had my car ready exactly when she said. Initially, there was a problem, bc my appointment was not on the schedule. I had called the day before and had an appointment.Rachel talked to her manager and made sure they serviced my car! I highly recommend her. It was a pleasure going to the service Dept at Varsity because of Rachel. She is really a wonderful employee. I hope she will know how great she was to me!
