We used to have daily UPS pickup but switched all our business to the UPS Store because their full service exceeds anything available from all carriers combined. We are ultimately phasing out our warehouse operation.

I had a fantastic experience at this UPS Store! The staff was incredibly helpful, the store was clean and organized, and I was in and out in no time. What really made my visit special, though, was a young man named Arsh. He was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. It’s rare to see someone so young with such a great attitude and work ethic. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location—thanks again, Arsh!

I applied for a reissued passport and needed a notary, so I went to UPS. After verifying the document, they charged me based on the signature. Typically, they charge $10 per application, but here, they charged me $70. I'm unsure why they're charging based on the signature; it seems like they might be selling the signature. I checked the UPS site, where they didn't provide proper information. I believe they're not aware of notary basics. They should standardize the fee structure based on acknowledgment. The employee didn't respond properly when I asked questions. My suggestion is, if anyone needs to get notarized, don't go to this NOVI location
