For the last few visits I have cashed out with an employee by the name of Ann Marie. She's always kind and offer a warm greeting. She keeps a smile on her face and fully engage me throughout my tranmission. Today the store was extremely busy. Ann Marie was as if it was a normal day. I've been in management in retail for years. Employee's like these in this day and time are hard to fi d and keep.

The worst dealership in my life time ..i took extra warranty from them 6000$ im still strangling with it no body pick my phone keep transferring another to another person..its not working and i want my money back ..i want to give them zero star

On March 2nd, I visited the local store and was mistakenly charged $3.99 for an item I never purchased. It wasn't until I arrived home that I noticed this error. Yesterday, I returned to the store to request a refund. Despite my explanation, the manager insisted I return the item, which I never received and don't even know what it is. It took multiple explanations for them to finally grasp the situation. Then, I was informed they need to review security footage, which I understand. However, the manager stated I must await her call within 24 hours and then return to the store in person, with my credit card, to confirm my claim. It's absolutely absurd that I'm required to jump through hoops for a mistake entirely on their end.
I never received a call from this store.

Sale department store T.J.Max. If you're lucky, you can buy clothes from famous brands at a bargain price.
The problem is that the cash register is always crowded and there are many broken items.

This new location is just okay. When I was there, they hardly have any clothes to sell and it seems smaller. Why did they have to close the other location for this one????

I enjoy TJ Maxx because it has comparable quality items to similar stores where I shop. It is a little close inside, but I usually find something I need or even just want. Bought lots of presents there this year (2023).

This is the worst experience I have ever had at store! Saturday afternoon 2 weeks before Christmas and they have 1 cashier. We have been standing in line for over an hour. You should be able to rate a place 0 stars.

This place is just the thrill of the hunt. They have everything you didn't know you needed. Lots of odds and ends, this and thats, hots and nots. Pack your patience though. It's like a rumbled mess in here. And the checkout/return line is always so long. If your looking for something in particular, or nothing particular at all- this is the place for it. Clothing, shoes, self care items, jewelry, furniture and housewares- it's all here. The seasonal items are always worth looking at, as are the speciality food items. Who knew I needed grape flavored sea salt or that jar of grilled mangos. New pots or pans for only $10- sure, I love to cook. Yoga mats for $10 are always a good buy. The employees can't help you find anything because again, it's just the thrill of the hunt. You'll find everything you never knew you needed. But beware, this place is like a time warp. Before you know it, you've wasted an hour to buy who knows what, for God only knows why.
