“Today I went to Discount Tire on Grand River in Novi MI. I go there twice a year to switch from factory wheels for winter and chrome wheels in summer. My last visit there was a couple little hiccups in the service. I spoke to Nick the owner/manager about it last winter after he read my review. He called me same day. Said if I gave them another chance he would make sure everything went smoothly. When I walked in he acknowledged me by name and said let’s get you taken care of. My appointment was 11:45 I left their store at 12:15. Only 30 minutes later. During the service one of the shop people came in and said it will only be a few minutes more. They met me right away knew why I was there referred to me by name and had me out in 30 minutes. It wasn’t just a wheel swap they had to swap my tires to my summer wheels also. I was given my keys and a receipt for no charge. I’m very happy with the service I received and glad I went back. I would recommend them to anyone for their tire needs.
