Best possible experience with a broken screen, and a phone that subsequently wouldn't work. I came in just before closing and had to have my phone fixed as I wa s leaving town. Martin found the screen ar their Commerce location, called and had him wait for me to hurry over there. They fixed it in 20 minutes and had me on my way!! Awesome teamwork and customer care. Thank you!

Amazing tech! Replaced my screen perfectly and I was about to save all my photos and videos! Cleaned my charging port so my
phone charges properly again, I will come back if I ever need anything else fixed!! HIGHLY recommended

Update: got my iPad repaired at another store and disputed the transaction. See pic below
BEWARE— NO REAL REPAIR ONLY " diagnostic" for an easy 90 bucks. Poor extremely poor service. They said same day service but took 3 days to run diagnostics only to tell me that my iPad cannot be fixed. So I took my iPad to another phone repair store who without even running diagnostics were able to tell me that I needed a back light replacement.
Made a huge mistake by not heeding to the poor reviews. Trust the reviews this establishment is a rip-off.
Also the guy at the counter might benefit from showering before greeting customers

Martin is an absolute tech wizard! I lost all of my data on my iPad and my device itself stopped working. I couldn’t even power it on, and this was all during finals week too? I went to the IT at my university and they couldn’t do anything. Even Apple couldn’t help. But at Phone Clinic…it took Martin less than 2 hours to fix everything! He even helped me with syncing everything to my other devices! So so thankful!!
