Audrey Blakeslee was our realtor and I could not rave about her enough. She made us feel prioritized, had our best interest at heart and kept us informed througout the process. She's the kind of person who gets things done and will advocate for you!! We were on a tight budget and searched for about 5 months before finding our house. The Perna team is well connected and recommend great inspectors, lendors, licensing agencies, etc. Couldn't recommend them (and especially Audrey) enough!

The Perna Team has been awesome!!! My realtor Doreen Schiafano provided excellent service. I was so impressed with her and the Perna when buying my new condo. There was no question in my mind that I would work with Doreen in the sale of my old condo. She was patient with me as I had a lot going on at the time. The team as a whole were professional and helpful. I highly recommend Doreen and the Perna Team.

This company comes across as so scamy. Not sure how they got in contact with my grandmother (who has dementia). But they were trying to convince her to sell her house and buy a new one. She was confused and gave them my number. I told the guy who called me (Dominek), that neither she or myself are looking for a new home. Dominek continued to call and text me for 5 months even after multiple times of me telling him I am not looking for a house. I am on the Do Not Call List and I told him I would report him and his company if he did not stop. Well, he stopped... BUT I then started to get calls and texts from Aiden Bracken. I again told them that I had already asked for them to stop contacting me. This time I did report both callers and this company. But I again was contacted by yet another person from the company acting as if I had submitted a request to tour a property (which I had not). It's been nearly 7 months of harassment from this company and I cannot even block them because they just start calling and texting from a new number if I do. Would NEVER do business with a company that is this annoying and comes across as so desperate for business. They must not be doing well in sales (in a time when house sales are booming too... a real sign.)
UPDATE: Wow! I wrote my original review 8 months ago and THEY ARE STILL CALLING ME!!! This company is extremely annoying!! I never even contacted them in the first place! I was not, am not and will not be looking for a house (not that I would want to use this company EVER!) I keep asking to be taken off their calling list yet they still continue to call me!
