Love the drive-up pick up order from Target. I get all my stuff, I don't have to fight the crowds and now waiting in line at checkout.

The store was not organized and clean. It was hard to find items in the shelves and it was not a good Target shopping experience. It is much smaller than most I have been to, they don't seem to care about the Target standards, and the Starbucks/restrooms were awful. Staff was pleasant at the customer service, so not entirely a bad experience, but when you are a shopper needing to find items yourself, it is best to keep your store clean, organized, and up to the Target standard shopping experience.

This Target is always so clean and the staff are very friendly. Many of them wished me good morning and the cashier chatted with me and showed interest in my job and hobbies, and wished me a happy new year. I had a great experience this morning shopping there!

Always great value, clean store, helpful and cheerful employees and overall there is nothing better when shopping at a retail store then going to my local Target store!!! Thank you, from a frequent Target customer! Happy Holidays!

Always nice to see all the sparkly things. Target usd to be my go to place but it's looking a tad hit ran down. People are felons and they have to go back and get the job in the next few days or two for a while now so that you aren't and will not have to go back and 5th or 3rd or 6th to do it at a time that would 5th to that day is the best way. I will obviously be in a bit of pain and will not have to worry the next day and time for the night and the day after that you would like you are you alright to go out and do something.

I work at Target in another city. However, I was driving past this one and decided to stop for some things to make dinner. Got everything to the self checkout and noticed that something didn't have a tag. From the minute I had to call over the attendant, I knew he had an attitude problem. The way he said "well, I'm going to need you to pull it up on your phone to get the DCPI for the price" was full of so much annoyance. Like it was my fault it didn't have a tag. Got that taken care of and let it go. I went about my business. I accidentally double scanned a bag of potatoes and for whatever reason, it came up as a $30 shirt the second time. Which absolutely happens! So, unfortunately, I have to call this man back over to remove it. I explain the situation and he looks at me with so much disgust. Makes me pull every single thing out of the 3 bags I had that were clearly visible, instead of just looking through them. Accused me of having the shirt in my pocket quite a few times. Continued to ask me if my hoodie, a band hoodie that is clearly from a concert, had a tag on it. Then scanned the potatoes once and accused me of lying as well. I informed him that I also work at Target and if I wanted to steal, it surely wouldn't be going through the self checkout at a random store I've never been to before. He just huffed. The entire interaction was disgusting. I am highly disappointed in allowing people like this to interact with customers.

Employees here are always very nice! I can think of multiple instances where employees have answered my questions politely and accurately, or complimented me. Generally a very good atmosphere, and the store is always stocked well.

One woman in particular who works at the service desk needs a briefing in customer service. The way she speaks to customers is beyond rude. It is obvious that she is annoyed about the work she has to do and seems to want people to know it. She will do a return for the person in front of you, disappear into the back room for several long minutes, and when she reappears and you walk up to the desk, she says in a very condescending, annoyed voice “ma’am- its going to be a minute!” As if she’s aggravated that I walked up to the desk before she was ready for me. If you misunderstand something she said, she will in the same condescending tone say “I thought I made that clear.” This has happened multiple times and I hear her speak like this to other people too. People are visibly embarrassed after she speaks to them the way she does in front of a long line of other customers. When your job is literally to do customer service you should not be so obviously annoyed with customers for coming into the store to make returns, pick up online orders etc.

The issue: I did not remember to scan my target cartwheel wallet barcode to apply my earned target rewards, which were expiring soon, to my purchase made less than 10" previously on the same day. We were treated with unfriendly and unprofessional customer service. There were multiple people but they were slow to serve us. Customer service rep was sighing and saying under her breath words indicating our request to apply our earned Target rewards to our purchase was inconvenient even though there was not a line of people waiting. The customer service rep did not like that she had to void the original purchase and re-enter manually each item. She questioned why items which were on sale showed a price change on the receipt. These were items in the food dept which signage clearly stated the items, Chobani yogurt, were on sale and hence the price change on the receipt. We recognize that we need to be sure to scan the Target cartwheel app barcode prior to checkout in order for the earned Target rewards to be applied to the final purchase cost, but we did not appreciate the customer service rep's attitude conveyed that we were an inconvenience to her day because these are some of the responsibilities that are expected with being a customer service team member.
