I had scheduled a appointment for
8/1/2024 at 7:30 AM, for transmission fluid service.
I dropped the car off at 7AM, and got a call at 8AM confirming the service, and was told it would take 2-3 hours.
Service Consultant was Adam Rutherford, per my email confirmation.
I arrived at 2:30PM and was told the car had not been touched yet. They said they would work on it ASAP.
It was not ready until almost 6PM.
I did receive some money off, and the mechanic I spoke with was nice, and the staff explained a large turned of employees had just occurred that week.

Good visit initially took a turn for the worse as of Monday 8/26/24 .
This is an email that I sent to the dealership manager:
I wanted to follow up with you to discuss my concerns during the purchase of the QX60. I recently picked up my vehicle on Monday (I didn’t leave the dealership until 9pm) during the process there were many red flags I.e extended waiting times, poor organization and it seemed like even though John ( my salesperson) Is new nobody else seemed to know what in the hell was going on or tired to help poor John.
I was also told a different remaining balance that was due on the vehicle during signing and I never received any information regarding my CPO insurance. Yesterday 8/27 John calls to tell me that the car never went through the inspection necessary for my extended warranty program and that he would need to pick my car up tomorrow 8/28 to further inspect and get the Cpo paperwork complete.
When I discussed my frustration it seemed to go unnoticed and really swept under the rug. I don’t think I could ever recommend this sales group to anyone in my family or circle due to the poor organization and lack of knowledge and the unwillingness of a dealership to offer some sort of courtesy to a client that has had such an awful car buying experience.

I want to be fair and speak honestly about the workaround and the ability to follow through with the ability to fix my issues. I have to say the new ownership is amazing and Ryan did an amazing job with picking up the bad pieces of the previous old service manager . I will continue to do business with them, plus I am sticking with Devin until he is no longer there. So they should keep him as he brings value, and hard work and dedication to the company.

I have been bringing my Infiniti Q50 to this dealership for oil changes for four years. I will never go back after my last experience.
I scheduled an oil change at 10:00 AM. I then sat at the dealership and waited for my oil to be changed for two hours. I asked for a progress update, and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. I then sat there for another hour, went for another update, and was told that my car was done.
I paid my bill of $160 (for a single oil change, which is highway robbery). I have since been made aware that this dealership has a special running for an oil change for $99.95 that expires 8/31.
After I paid, the employees could not find my car keys. After several minutes of looking they found my keys. They then did not know where my car was. Finally, at 1:30 PM, 3.5 hours after my oil change appointment, I drove away.
I did ask that they not wash my car because it is ceramic coated, but it was given back to me with oily handprints all over the hood, and oil spilled near the cap.
The oil change sticker on my windshield also was not changed.
The "desk" service staff were friendly, but something is overall very wrong at this dealership. I will never go back.

It was a good experience. Sales men were knowledgeable and prompt. Able to negotiate prices of vehicle and extras(wheels, windshield).

This was the worst encounter that I had with this dealer ship since they changed the name. Had my car for over a week. I call numerous times to check on my car. First time I called. I was put on hold for about 15 minutes. The guy came back to the phone and asked was I still there? Put me back on hold for a while, then finally came back and told me my car would not be ready until Wednesday wednesday. Roll around still no car. Told me Friday. I followed a complaint with Corporate office. and I tried also to get in touch with the service manager. They would never let me speak with her. She was never they're or wouldn't return. My call had to get a Rental had pay over$ 500 bucks for a Rental Ask to get me a loner, I never got one And they charge me $4400 for me Suv to be fix
The only way I got my vehicle back. I told them if my vehicle wasn't ready that following Monday. I was bringing a tow truck up there and have it taken to infinity deal in Troy That's when I got my SUV back. I won't be coming back.To this deal anymore. DARRELL REARDON

First of all I wish I can give them zero star but that it is not an option so here we go.
I was in the serious market for one of their used vehicle on the lot so I went in and checked it out and proceed to go talk to the sales inside.
The lady who initially helped me out was kind and nice but all of the sudden sales manager steps into the office and pretty much told me to F off if I am not going to purchase vehicle from them and test drive is not allowed.
Whoever the manger was I just want to let you know that marking up used vehicle price like covid days is over and please do your job at researching for market value and do not treat possible customer like that. I do not care how much your experience was but one thing for sure is that you do not know how to do your job at professional level.
Thank you for reading and I wouldn't even go here for parts anymore after how I got treated.

Took me a few attempts to get someone on the phone to even make my appointment. Finally got through after several days of trying. I did try the online appointment feature but wasn’t a very user friendly application, and I would say I’m pretty technology savvy.
Finally made my appointment and arrived there about 15 min ahead.
I opted to wait in the waiting area since an oil change typically doesn’t last more than an hour.
Should have gotten a ride, I was there for a little over 2 hours, and this was after I went back to check on the status. After my car was ready, they let me know a part came of the inside of my hood, they couldn’t put it back on and replacing it wasn’t an option for me.
Can’t say I’m inclined to come back. I understand times are tough with short staffing, but maybe let your customers know the wait times are longer than usual so proper arrangements can be made.
