The two stars are for the cleanliness.Otherwise, Novi Storage’s slogan “Your Place for Stress Free Storage” is a joke. 9 times out of 10 there is an issue with accessing the facility. The system is down, the doors are broken. On many occasions the office door features a sign that no one will be there on site so you have to call a central support system. I can’t imagine I am the only customer with these issues. I look to access the unit a couple of times a month and there’s usually an issue.Additionally, be prepared for regular rate increases via notification in the mail. Not uncommon for Storage facilities but Novi rates have increased significantly. They’ve know you don’t want to move somewhere else so they take advantage. The rate increase would be more digestible if in fact this was a place for Stress Free Storage.

I was told to meet Leslie the the mgr at novi storage and warehouse and she never showed I waited an hour left came back ant two other people who Leslie told to meet her on wed dec 29 th we’re waiting for her one was to move in to a storage space the other to pay her bill just as I was there to pay bill I called and texted numerous times no response from Leslie also I called the office and no answering machine at office I called emergency number no response what do u do in an emergency. There needs to be a central number 24 hour number for all storage of America’s

Angela Baker provided us with extraordinary service during our move transition. From our initial inquiry and then throughout the entire process of leasing space, moving in and moving out she was kind and helpful. She truly provided the best customer service we could hope for. With multiple out-of-state moves over the past 12 years I've needed to rent storage space several times and hands down Novi Office and Warehouse is the best facility I've seen. Everything is new looking and kept very clean. Add in climate control and indoor unit access, it's really the best setup available. Angela really goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are taken care of.

We have utilized Novi Office and Warehouse for a few years and are very pleased with the facility and management. Very clean and management is always available to answer questions in person, phone or email. Very well lit, secure and lots of cameras. We would recommend.

We stored our items for over a year and I never felt worried about my things. And, most of all, the manager, Angela, runs a well organized business. Always on the ball with receipts and keeps the whole place super clean and in excellent shape. I would store there again. Heck, I'd feel comfortable LIVING there (if I could)!

In my humble opinion, Novi Office & Warehouse is the best storage company in the area. Manager & Maintenance Supervisor, Angela Baker, is a superhuman customer service professional. Working with her has been an absolute pleasure and she makes me feel confident that my property is safe and secure, too! :u)
