Debra was a rock star! She was the breakfast attendant and made sure everything ebbed and flowed like it should. She even asked guests if they needed anything and brought food to them when asked. She is amazing! Y’all got a real gem on your hands. The breakfast was hands down one of the best I’ve seen in hotels

The room was perfect. Remote for TV was terrible. Have to ask for a room closer to lobby, to far of a walk. Breakfast just ok eggs, potatoes, sausage patties were cold. Beautiful patio

Absolutely spectacular, everything was super clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodating, can't wait to be back! The rooms have an entire full kitchen!

Signs with rules are all over the hotel and they are to the point where they are potentially insulting to honest customers and business travellers. However, I understand why they need them, but that also means that this hotel attracted the wrong kind of clientele. Otherwise, the place is super clean! Room was in excellent condition. Same with the pool. Breakfast was sparse though.

Had my daughter’s 10th sleepover here. We had a king suite, it was decent, but could’ve been cleaned a bit better. Facilities were nice, pool was clean and jacuzzi was functional. Breakfast was really good, and the attendant at the breakfast station went above and beyond! She made and served waffles for all of the children, and kept the breakfast area staffed and clean. She interacted with everyone, and was extremely pleasant!

When we got into the room, their was pee in the bathroom and marks on the wall. also pls don't go in the pool, the hot tub releases fumes and I damages your lungs, me and my friends were coughing so bad we were asked to leave.
Safety: The hot tub isn't very safe. It releases fumes that damage your lungs.

I've been here for several days and the stay has been good. We are staying a big group of people for work reasons and I must recognize the great treatment of Debra, one of the ladies who is in charge of breakfast. The entire team must leave before 6:30 am and breakfast time only begins at that time. However, Debra allows us to have something to eat beforehand and she treats us very kindly and makes sure that we have what we need for food before we leave. I think the best thing about this hotel is HERs service.I've been here for several days and the stay has been good. My daughter left a stuffed animal and we called several times, but they claimed they never found it. She knew exactly where she left it. It was a new one and I feel like they either didn't want to send it or someone there kept it. Also, the pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable. I was really disappointed in our experience. There were also several parties and very loud guests.
