I went to Sovel's for an oil change after being told by so many people to go there because they excel in customer service. Boy were they right! I took my car in, (greeted right away by a nice man at the front counter), at 7:30am and they were done by 7:50am. I told work I would be late but actually arrived right on time. They were also VERY affordable compared to the dealership prices. I will be going to Sovel's moving forward and not the dealership! Thank you Sovel's! Had one of my vehicles maintained and repaired by Sovels today. The repair solved the issue and the significant engine maintenance (timing belt) was done without creating any new issues (so far so good). I appreciated that the final bill was lower than originally quoted. Really appreciated the honesty and technical expertise of Sovel's staff.Services: Steering & suspension repair

This is the only shop that I trust in the area. Got my car inspected by them and they were very honest about the repairs needed. Ended up not going through with the repairs and decided to get into something new instead but they didn’t charge me an inspection fee which was very kind of them and unexpected. Will always point my friends/family to this shop if they need work done.

They were awesome! Very nice on the phone, even nicer in person. Quick work, I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was! I will going back... unfortunately LOL but glad I found such a Hidden Gem, and I refer them to anyone in the Novi/Northville area!

I took my car in to have the brakes looked at. I dropped it off around 9a, got a diagnosis call an hour later and was able to pick it up at 2p. Very friendly and knowledgeable and they didn't try to sell me more or give me doom and gloom like other auto shops tend to do. They were honest and I will definitely be using their services in the future!
