Laurie at the front desk is useless, any questions you ask her regarding amenities she has no clue. Almost seems like she’s doing it on purpose.

Terrible service from the administrators, especially from the one who attends in the mornings, arrogant and does not care about your needs, one of the worst hotels I have ever been to.

Filthy and falling apart. Stayed here for a Trade Conference. Room was filthy. Even found a greasy frying pan in the oven and a moldy glass in one of the bedroom cabinets.Best part was when the bathroom door literally started falling apart (separating from the frame).
