I recently purchased a HDB8X for OTA Television. I am so pleased with the setup. The Antenna is manufactured sturdily built, simple to put together and Install. I was only receiving about 20 Channels with my previous setup. I also purchased a Winegard LNA-200 and Coax. Now I receive 73 Channels. I'm ecstatic, It's just put together on the tower not even erected to highest point. Wow!! Once the installation is raised and rotatable I expect I will get even more stations.

I wish I could provide a zero to them. I ordered a cable Monday at 1240 expedited and overnight shipping. They did not send it that day. I called at 8 am the next morning and told them to cancel the order as it wouldn't go out on time. They said they would and shipped it anyway. It arrived three days after I ordered it and a day after I needed it.Now in order for me to return the item I am responsible for all tge shipping charges back as well as no money back for my overnight charge and expediting charges.I won't be using them or recommending them to anyone for any products.

I originally ordered an HD8200XL to put in my attic. It was too big, so I called Solid Signal and talked with Molly about options. She consulted with their lead engineer and then recommended a Televes Dinova Boss Mix UHF/VHF Outdoor HD TV Antenna. This product has a much smaller footprint, but they both cautioned me that reception may be hindered since it was going to be installed in my attic.The result: super easy installation. In passive mode it gets fantastic reception. I am more than pleased with the performance of this product.The listening skills, understanding of my needs and general customer service experience were way above my expectations. They took the return of the HD8200XL without question and refunded the amount in less than 3 business days. Overall, an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this company and their products. Great quality on both fronts.

Ordered a videography monitor from this company. The monitor arrived unusable, didn’t turn on. We returned the item and were charged a $60 restocking fee. Not ordering from this company again.

I highly recommend this business, particularly their tech department. Their service is outstanding. I worked closely with Jason Vanover but all of the people that I dealt with were helpful. After finding that I had a non-traditional hook-up, they guided me in the purchase of equipment to correct the problem and provided a detailed diagram to install everything. Everything was provided quickly and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. Everyone was helpful. Prices are competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Horrible service. I placed an order on Friday evening Sept. 15, 2023. This was done online. I replied to an confirmation email as to cancellation of the order on Sunday sept. 17th. I called the company on Monday 18 Sept @ 8:05 am. Their opening time. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was instructed to leave a message, that I did about cancellation of the order. I called back 30 minutes later and spoke with ****, he found the order and cancelled it. I checked my bank acct. and no funds had been removed for the order. Appx. 6 hr. later I noticed that the funds were removed from my account at the bank. I called the company and spoke with **** who told me that the order was cancelled via the notes, and he doesn't understand why they took the money from my account. I would have to wait 4 - 5 days for the credit to be applied back to me. I don't understand how the company charged me because the order was never handled nor placed in shipping mode. This company is more concerned about getting the money, than anything remotely resembling customer service. Bottom line is the order was cancelled well before ANYONE could have started working on pulling the product or shipping it. They on the other hand pulled the funds quickly, with total disregard to the order status.

They are totally non responsive. Placed an order item didn't ship out called and canceled. Paid with PayPal no refund given or received. This is a terrible company

Purchased a HD8200Xl antenna from them plus a booster for it. Installed it on my roof it only scanned in twelve channels. The one I took down was a small digital antenna that was mounted in the same spot and it picked up 54 channels. I just wanted a better one and the 8200 that cost four times what the little one cost didn't work. The antenna looks impressive but does not pull in many stations.

Parts labeled in stock were not. Weeks go by with no shipment. Didn't respond to multiple emails. After a couple phone calls I got a rep that literally didn't know anything. Apparently he had no idea why the shipping department haven't shipped the order. In this day and age how can he not know? The don't give customer service reps access to that type of information? Several days later I got and email telling me that the order might ship in about a month. The order was nothing more than commonly used nuts and bolts. You

I recently bought a satellite dish antenna from Solid Signal. Everyone I talked with was courteous, knowlegible, and spoke very good English. Jason V was particularly helpful in answering questions concerning differences between various models and eventually how to set-up the model I selected. A great team to deal with!

I purchased a new directv cable box from this company as a replacement for mine that went bad. They had a phone number to call to activate the box so i did and we had some trouble getting it activated because of directv not solid signal. They told me we could activate it if we switched my account from a personal to a business account so i said ok. They did not switch anything they opened a brand new account for me so i now have 2 accounts and only 1 cable box. When i got my first double bill they told me that was normal the first month and it would not happen again so i paid both. After it continued to happen and i finally got someone on the phone they assured me they would fix the issue and of course never even called me back. They just simply lied to make the sale and do not care that i have 2 bills a month or pay a heavy cancellation fee. I recommend staying away from this company

Directv customer here. Solid Signal has great prices but they try to scam you with these false activation fees. I have been a directv customer for 11 years and wanted to buy some older model receivers due to the type of dish i have. Solid Signal has these receivers listed for $99 on the website. After i placed the order i then get an email saying my directv account info is needed to activate these boxes so i call because this is considered a red flag as i never had this come up before on prior purchases from other companies. I speak with the guy who said this is needed since ATT took over Directv so i provided my account info which he verified i am legit. Then he says i am supposed to pay an activation fee per receiver. This is something i have never paid for EVER and i have personally purchased all of my directv equipment myself so big red flag here. He tried to charge me $150 per receiver for activation. So not only did i spend $212 for 2 receivers they were trying to get another $300 for this so called activation. I told him to cancel my order and i will do business elsewhere.I called directv loyalty department and explained what I tried to buy and what Solid Signal tried to charge me. The rep confirmed that i do not pay activation fees. I will not be a returning customer with this company!
