Josh Costa was very welcoming and did a wonderful job presenting their product. My wife and I were getting tired of trying out mattresses all around and this place was our last. He didn’t pressure us to purchase anything but the product itself convinced us. And his kindness confirmed our purchase decision.
We made it home to think it over and just called to order our very first mattress as a married couple. Corey, I believe, was on the phone to help us out with the order. He was very gentle and helpful throughout the whole process.
I would definitely recommend this location and we are happy that we made a stop at this store.
I would like for the managements to acknowledge both of these gentlemen who helped us out for their hard work.

I went into the Flint store and was the only customer in the store. I explained to the sales lady I would like to buy a bed for my mom. However, I know nothing much about these beds and the pricing. She takes out the pricing list shows me the prices and that is all. I walked out only knowing the prices and no bed.

went into the store over the weekend to get more information than I thought I would get online & was handed a laminated paper with the beds listed... when I asked about specific beds the salesman would just reply "oh that's just one of the beds we carry" needles to say we left without buying anything!

Nice clean and friendly but honestly our friends sold us on the bed. Them come to find out their sales person never signed them up for aPoint program. Thankfully they will get a rewardFor being us in that they did not know about. They are a bit conservative on letting someone try out the beds. I loved that our sales person understood the bed will sell it’s self. Corey was not to pushy. Good experience and Anxiously awaiting our new arrival.

Although we have not yet received the mattress staff at Sleep Number store were incredibly helpful and working within the budget that we had to find the best mattress selection for us. I am so glad we went back for another Sleep Number. Door is clean and the staff are masked everyone social distances and takes precautions.
