They sent me in the direction for what I was looking for and stayed with me to explain all the scanners to me and my needs. Also carried it to my car when I bought it. 5 Star all the way.”
“I came here to pick up a laptop that I was not at home to sign for. I know that it was a crapshoot at best, and after presenting my door tag the lady at the front desk said that she should try to find my package but offered no guarantees. In a few minutes, she returned with my package and informed me that it was my lucky day! I was in and out in just a few minutes, and my two year old thought the little customer area was interesting. All in all a good trip to a FedEx warehouse.”
