We decided to stay at the Sheraton for the points. For the price point, the hotel rooms are very nice and well maintained. Staff here are outstanding. I was in the middle of a very important project and my mouse just died. I went downstairs to see if they had any batteries for sale. They didn’t, but the front desk manager made it happen for me. I am so, so grateful that they were able to help me out.
The location is pretty central to a lot of places in Novi. Check in is super easy and there’s no parking fee, which is great. I would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

A special mention goes out to Alisha (night manager for the exceptional service provided on my recent stay She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a stress free visit. Overall, the hotel rooms are clean and spacious. I will definitely be staying here again in the not too distant future.

Don't stay at a Sheraton unless you have to, at least that's what I've learned from this. The worst part was the elevators. One is under maintenance and the response will be "something something safety of guests". Understandable, but if you're a conference hotel you should have 4 elevators minimum let alone one working one. Watch out for bands of roving boys hockey teams.
Not to mention anything around the hotel is such a pain to get to. That's the worst urban planning I've seen. Not the hotels fault, but in regards to location that's an issue.

Nearby activities: Not many activities in the area but I also didn't look for any
Safety: I always felt safe being in this area
Food and drinks: Plenty of places to eat at and also a grocery store near by

Nice location. The hallways by the convention rooms smell musty. Our room was nice. Pillows were lumpy. The worst was that it takes forever to get hot water, like 10 minutes. We called the front desk, and we were told to just let the water run a long time. So if you stay here give yourself plenty of time to shower. They allow pets so we had to hear a yippee dog frequently.

On my recent visit to Novi, Michigan, I was looking for a decent, one-night hotel room that had access to parking and meals if I ever needed it. The lobby is quite nice. The manger gave us a good room, however, unfortunately, it was a connecting room (meaning it was connected by a locked adjoining door that can be opened by you and your neighboring guests) and no other rooms were available during the time of my visit. While I was relaxing in my hotel room, I heard my neighboring guests having the LOUDEST SEX EVER!!!!! I was unable to have a quality sleep but this is not the hotel’s fault. I do not mind such activities, however, I would prefer it being a bit quiet considering there is a guest in the other room. The swimming pool was well maintained and was not deep at all (for the average height male and female adult). The fitness center was very well maintained as well and featured some modern treadmills, similar to this found in my local Equinox gym. This hotel is not “luxurious,” per se, but it is definitely above average and worth a visit if you ever find yourself in Novi, Michigan. Rooms service was good as well, a young blonde female provided us with the goods we requested whenever we asked, whether it was directly or via the in-room telephone. The room features hand soap and bar soap, and the shampoo and conditioner were some of the BEST shampoos I used on my hair slightly long male hair. When the hotel housekeepers did arrive, they set up everything like new and gave us extra towels and water. You get two Aquafina bottled waters complimentary and I like how the LG flatscreen television displays your name and welcomes you when you first walk into your hotel room. The breakfast is approximately $20 but was, unfortunately, below average. I do believe they offer lunch and dinner services (as a paid service) but I recommend you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner outside in the surrounding restaurants or take the 45-minute drive to downtown Detroit and eat there. But, besides that, it is a very solid hotel and I would visit this establishment again if I ever find myself in Novi, Michigan.

I travel a lot and often don’t leave reviews so to go out of my way says something. The lobby was very nice. Location fine. The room and hallway smelled sour…like dirty cleaning water or moldy? The breakfast situation was disappointing, much too expensive for what was available and the coffee was horrific. (The servers were kind.) I’m kind of shocked at this bc I expected much better for this brand.
