I had a very good experience at the Sephora store recently. I especially want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Jay. Jay went above and beyond to help both me and my sister-in-law find the perfect makeup match. Jay’s knowledge and expertise were impressive, and he took the time to understand our needs and preferences. Jay’s friendly demeanor and patience made the entire process enjoyable. Thanks to Jay, we both left the store feeling confident and happy with our purchases. I highly recommend visiting this Sephora location and asking for Jay for an exceptional beauty shopping experience!

I was in here last night close to closing time and Brittney and Heather took such amazing care of me. They never made me feel rushed and really helped me find a whole new foundation and concealer routine. They were kind, friendly, and professional. In this day in age it is sometimes hard to find great customer service as it can be a difficult job, but these ladies went above and beyond and I will come back again and again for their services! Thank you so much ladies!!

I went to this store yesterday to collect my birthday gift and an online order I had placed for pickup. There was an older middle aged woman employee with short black hair by the entrance who first of all seemed kind of unwilling to help. After I picked up my gift the kind employee who did the billing asked me to go to the online pickup spot by the door. This older woman employee with the short black hair who was by the pickup spot was rude, dismissive and refused to help. Another employee helped me pick up the order and while I was waiting to get my order, the person who came to help said she smells coffee from the coffee shop opposite the store and feels like having some and this older employee with the short black hair had the audacity to say to my face that the smell of coffee was probably from me and my husband and we might have had a cup of coffee! I am shocked at the kind of service this woman gives here. Not only was she insulting based on some preconceived speculation which I feel was probably racist, she was unhelpful and disrespectful. I will never come back to this location of sephora.

I walked in the store, instead of being greeted I was asked “Are you looking to buy something or just looking around?”What kind of customer service is that? Good thing I knew exactly what I was looking for. I refuse to deal with anyone who has that type of attitude. Do better Sephora.

The last visit I made to this location was for my little sisters birthday to which she had a gift card. My sister is 10 and super into skin care so she begged me to take her to use her Sephora gift card and I obliged. I rarely come to this location because of the staff. I don't carry a purse or anything like that I prefer to keep my card in my phone so I had nothing else on my person and was also carrying my sisters gift card in my phone. An employee asked if we needed help, which I replied no thank you she knows what she's here for. That employee proceeded to follow us around the store to the point where I was uncomfortable and wanted to leave. The only reason I didn't walk out was because like I said it was my sisters birthday and she really wanted these items. I understand watching out for theft but like I said I had nothing on my person and along with that we had a basket to which my sister was putting the stuff in that she wanted to purchase. Honestly felt that I was being profiled. The staff needs to learn how to properly handle theft prevention. I have worked in retail a long time and would never approach someone like that, maybe watch out for the people with huge bags and sketchy behavior instead of judging people based of appearance. I now go to the Sephora inside of kohl's instead of coming here just because of this.
