Very good customer service from Julien it seemed he was the only worker and it was busy but he was able to help everyone in a very timely manner and was very helpful and had a great attitude about everything came here around 10:30am on Saturday

Julien was very helpful. I brought in my red wings for cleaning and to get the freshened up and he was very welcoming and knowledgeable. When I complained about how they fit, he went the extra mile to measure my feet, and recommended Slim fit insoles that fit my feet and resolved the issue. 5 stars!

Julien was very helpful, I believe he is the assistant manager; He is very knowledgeable. I was able to get fitted for a pair of nice fitting boots all within about 45 minutes.
Julien guided me through the 3-D scan, we reviewed the data, noticed some pressure points which helped me to pick out the insoles that work best for my feet.
Pretty cool stuff. Learned some things too.

I went in to purchase new work shoes. There was only one store employee and it got pretty busy while I was there. He did his best and everyone was patient. He assisted me with my selection and was very helpful. He even gave me information about some other products that were coming in soon.
