I was in yesterday and purchased a Michigan hoodie size medium brought it back the very next day which was today to return for a large, the girl working behind the counter, doing my exchange, picked up the hoodie and smelled it and said I cannot take this back I asked why she said it doesn't smell right well it never left the bag so I don't know what she was talking about. I never heard of that. She said she cannot resell it. Her name is Samantha she finally gave in and did the exchange, but she said it was against her better judgment. I've never heard that before in my life.

Staff was extremely helpful!!! Had a exchange because of wrong size. My first time shopping at Rally House and will be back!!

Purchased 4 Tiger baseball hats. I needed to exchange them for a different brand. The staff made the process very easy. I’ll be shopping at Rally House in the future. Thanks!

Very friendly and helpful employees! They looked up an item that I wanted- but my size was not out. She went in the back and found it. While she was doing that, another employee asked if he could help me— which he did as I was looking for a specific item. Great teamwork! Wish there was a Rally House near us.

Nice place, wide variety, you may pay slightly more here but the service was great the selection was amazing. If you are looking for Michigan apparel for the major teams college and pro this is the place.

Came in here to find a Red Wings hoodie for my girlfriend, and the woman working at the location was very helpful, friendly, and conversational. The store also carries many different teams, even college merchandise, so it's worth a stop if you're looking for anything relating to Michigan Sports.For anyone wondering, my girlfriend adores the new hoodie. I will return next time I'm in the area!

I live in Colorado, but am from the Detroit area. We take a trip home every end of summer/beginning of fall. I went into Rally House to buy a new Michigan State or possibly a Lions winter jacket. I understand August isn't exactly winter jacket season, but that's what they do. Provide michigan sports apparel. I was a bit disappointed. I did buy a couple long sleeve shirts and a sweatshirt. The interesting thing is I went to the Tiger's game that night and they had a few heavy jackets there. Every employee seemed great and engaging except the one that rang us up. We just talked to the others as he rang us up.
