Very easy, signed in through the text message on my phone, walked in, waited maybe a minute to be taken back. The woman that took my blood was very good and I was out within 10 minutes total. Very happy with the service I received.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this Quest Novi location. Admittedly, I was nervous reading the poor reviews. If you book your appointment on line and get a confirmation code before visiting it is an easy, pleasant experience. My phlebotomist was kind, gentle and very professional. The waiting room was clean, the check in screen was easy to use, the procedure room was organized, it looked and smelled like it was disinfected and hygienically cleaned. The bonus was that usually, I have 7 viles of blood drawn.... Quest was able to only draw 3 viles for my various tests!

It was my first time having bloodwork done here and I worked with Danielle. She let me know shes a floater but if you happen to come across her at this location, shes very professional and is kind. I made an appointment ahead of time, early morning and the lobby was empty when I arrived. Danielle greeted me in lobby and once I was in the back she was quick when drawing blood. She knows how to draw blood and is knowledgeable. I recommend this location.

I've recommended this location to friends and family. I was very grateful for the gentle approach as I dislike needles and cannot watch my blood being drawn. I barely felt it and didn't even bruise. Thank you.

First time having bloodwork done here. It was an empty lobby when I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Within a few minutes after checking in I was called back. I forget the woman's name who did the blood draw(Ill update this with her name next time I go here). She was very professional, pleasant, and had a great smile. The blood draw was quick, easy, and painless! She did a fantastic job.

waiting /kiosk system is unhelpful. I've twice now waited unacknowledged for 20-30 min in the lobby before being tuned away by sarcastic staff

I had a great experience here. I was nervous based off some of the reviews but I was seen AT my appointment time. The lab was very clean and I felt very comfortable. Monique drew my blood and she made it an amazing quick experience. She is a super kind and genuine woman!
