Hannah is one of the most knowledgeable practitioners we’ve ever dealt with. She accurately diagnosed and saved our daughter’s life. I will forever be grateful to her for that and will see her as a patient, along with my children, for as long we can. She’s the best.

Ever since switching to PrimeCare novi I feel so taken care of. Hannah Boike is so lovely and attentive and i appreciate the care she provides. I got labs done today and the lab tech was also very sweet and personable (as always).

Dr Shively is the greatest. He never rushes through an appointment; always takes time to LISTEN to the patient. He is extremely thorough and explains why he’s requesting a test or a recommended course of action. He and his staff are friendly and they make scheduling an appointment easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Shively to anyone in need of an outstanding doctor.

The facility was very clean everyone was so kind while I was feeling very awful they helped make me feel better within a few hours. The nurse practitioner and the nurse were absolutely awesome. I will definitely come back if I need anything!

I’ve been going here for a few years and have had good experiences but I recently moved out of state and wanted my medical records from this place because I had a reoccurring issue and the doctors here never sent me to see a specialist but just kept trying to treat me themselves which has escalated the health concerns I was having. The front desk is nice but very unprofessional on the phone. When you call they ask you if you can hold them out you on hold either way. Very short on the phone and sounds unsure of what they are doing.

I was here today and the staff is really cordial and kind. I saw Doctor Zaid and he was very nice so his assistant Amanda. I definitely recommend this place if you need a medical examination.

PrimeCare is wonderful. I have been a patient for several years now and am thankful to have a convenient, high quality place for primary care. I’ve met most of the physicians and they are all very kind! There were a couple hiccups when my doc left and when the portal system changed, but everything has since been resolved. Today I saw Dr. Shively for travel planning (vaccines, etc) and he spent a lot of time with me going over the various recommendations and precautions. He’s so nice! I will definitely continue to use PrimeCare for my primary care and travel needs!————Original review:I highly recommend this medical group. Dr. Scheuerman is a wonderful doctor who listens and cares about her patients.

Great location.Great front desk staff.Great medical professionals.They have X-ray capabilities on site.You can walk in and get service pretty quickly.They provide both pediatric and adult urgent care.I'm just leaving a review but I've been going here for a couple of years. I've also had to bring my children here for emergencies. They provide quick, compassionate care.Also, on the front desk counter they sell homemade cards for around $2. Check them out it's very nice. I was able to grab a birthday card and get well soon card while taking care of my kiddos at urgent care.

If you’re reading this, take as your sign not to go here. I’ve seen 3 doctors here. The only one that treated me thoroughly has left the practice. Dr Zaid told me my tiredness was from stress. Typical male doctor. I had mono.
